Watch Out. My watch stopped and had used Simmons before to get batteries but this time I was told it was not thebattey and would give me a call as to what was wrong. 5 days later the watch was still there with no work or call.

So after reading the review about replacing other than Rolex watch parts with off the shelf parts and alluding to the Rolex repair, I went and took my watch back took it to a watch company and they found only a dead battey.

Don't take your watch to get repaired by jewlers.

Only sorta becasue the jewery is O.K.

Very dissatisfied. This incident goes back a few years but, still a bad experience. I purchased a LadiesRolex watch from this store. I have a receipt that reads "100% authentic Rolex Watch" I paid $5000.00 for the watch. A couple of years after I purchased it was running slow so I called the store. I was told it needs to be serviced every few years. The cost is $200.00. I had them service it. It never really ran properly but I lived with it. I moved out of state and decided to get it serviced again about 2 years later. I sent it to THE Rolex Service Center in Dallas, Tx. They contacted me saying they couldn't work on the watch b/c it doesn't have authentic Rolex parts inside and it would cost $1500.00 to bring it up to standard. Wow....that was a real shock and dissappointment. My husband contacted the jewlery store. They blew us off. I would never trust that operation. Don't do business with them. Run away.They are crooks.
