Finally got it right - after a lot of effort. They got our pool renovation right the second time, after messing it up the first time and trying to weasel out of doing it. They killed part of our yard and finally agreed to repair part of it. The install workers left a mess including cigarette butts around the pool. It was a difficult process, but at least it looks good in the end.

Can't beleive the other two reviews. The only company in town that would do a $14000 pool renovation including pavers, and took no money down, full payment after completion. Can't beat that !!!! No one came close to there deal, no one offered pool care after the renovation was complete, these other two reviews must be joking, complete opposite to what I experienced

Unauthorized Repair. Company was contacted to provide repair estimate for pool equipment. Technician arrived without announcement or appointment. Completed repair wihout giving estimate or receiving our authorization... would not discuss... just threatened legal action. WATERS EDGE CANNOT BE TRUSTED....

GREAT Company!!. I've had work done by Water's Edge Pools before, and have not regretted it. First of all, the cost was much cheaper than the other companies I contacted. Secondly, the service they give is excellent! I needed the repairs done ASAP. When I explained my situation, they made room for me on that same day!! I have nothing but good things to say about this company, and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for quality work at decent prices.

Be Careful with this Company.
Pool pump was making noise. I asked Water's Edge to check it out and let me know what was wrong. Water's Edge Service Tech arrived without contacting us or scheduling an appointment and replaced the pump without any discussion of cost and without our permission. Before leaving they left a bill for $303 taped to the front door. Our attempts to discuss and resolve the matter with the Owner were refused. Their response was a threat to remove the installed pump from the property or to file a lien on property and force foreclosure.
Be VERY CAREFUL with this company. Do NOT trust them
