HORRIBLE MASSAGE. Went to Jon Ric and had a horrible massage. It was so bad, I stopped the massage therapist halfway through. I don't even think she was a licensed massage therapist. My massage felt like someone putting lotion on me. She hurt me a couple times, and it was obvious she didn't know how or where to give a massage, not to mention she wanted to chat during the massage. This person should not be a massage therapist, clearly she doesn't know what she is doing and could really hurt someone. I asked the receptionist for a refund, her attitude was she could really careless! Do not expect to get quality from this spa, take your money some where else to get a REAL massage AND customer service.
