We used Magic Limo once Nov 17th my girlfriend rented for my birthday. Horror is a good word to describe this experience. Magic limo showed up 1 hour late no calls or explanations. When they did show up the limo was filthy with used tissues and cups from the last party in the vehicle. They were no complimentary champagne or beer or soda or decorations as promised free on website. We tried to make the best of the night regardless. After stopping at ABC and spending $75.00 to stock the limo we headed downtown. We tried not to give the driver John to much flack as we thought it was maybe out of his control. After driver John dropped us off a club in downtown Orlando at around 10:45 or 11:00 we came outside 1/2 hour later and he was missing.

No limo no John the driver.....we called him until 2 am with no answer on his cell or on the dispatch number we were given.

Finally after 3 hours we called form a # he did not recognize and he answered. He said the main street Orange ave was blocked (which it was) but he could of called us and met us down any side street in downtown Orlando...they were all open. He left us stranded cold and unsafe for 3 hours. The kicker..........when we did get back into the limo all of our beverages we bought at ABC...........vanished.....even the soda. Apparently driver John had his own party in the limo with our alcohol as we were left stranded downtown. 2 days now have passed and no answer or response from Magic Limos. I guess that's why they call them "Magic" they disappear and leave you stranded.....and rob you blind!!

I also use Magic Limos on a semi-regular basis for business trips to Orlando, and will NEVER use any other Orlando limo service. I have tried a few others, and none compare to the quality of service I receive from Magic Limos. I last used Magic Limos on August 6th for a return trip to the airport. The driver was right on time, and there was excellent communication from Dispatch throughout the entire process. We also thoroughly enjoyed the free champagne! With the best service and BEST prices in Orlando, you can't afford to NOT choose Magic Limos!

I don't get what these people are talking about. I have used Magic Limos numerous times, and it is ALWAYS a pleasant experience! The last time was on August 8 for a short trip from my hotel to a conference. Everything was fantastic including the driver, service and vehicle. Magic has the best prices in Orlando, and I will continue to use them everytime I am in town.

Worst limousine company ever. Terrible experience. Driver drives like a maniac and not to mention limos are filthy and old. Also please make sure to check your credit card as it will be a different amount. no wonder they lure the customer in by giving a cheap price and then charge you a different one, like double the quoted price. Would never use them again

THIS COMPANY SUCKS!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. LIMOS ARE BEAT UP AND OLDER THAN MY GRANDFATHER. HE KEEPS THE DRINKS IN A TUB INSIDE THE LIMO RIGHT NEXT TO OUR FEET!!!!!!!!!! EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. ALSO TRIED TO SCAM US BY CHARGING US A DIFFERENT AMOUNT. QUOTED US AT $35 AN HR AND WHEN THE TIME CAME BUMPED THE PRICE TO $55 PER HR.WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!!

This company is a crook. The owner is shady. His cancellation policy states that one can cancel anytime prior to service. I called 4 days earlier to change timings, and he insisted on picking me up one hr before my flight departs when the distance is clearly 35 mins! he was extremely rude so i found another company and called magic limos to cancel my reservation. he threatened to charge my card $300 when the price he quoted me was $80.00. i had to cancel my cards and it was such a hassle. what a fraud this company is. i will report him to better business bureau. i did some research on them and found out they were running under orlando executive limo before and after getting a really bad rep changed the name to magic limo. please look at the reviews for orlando executive limo. dont fall for the reviews below..they are fake just like the company. STAY CLEAR!

Magic Limos was the absolute best. From the on-line quote, to the reservations, to pick-up through drop-off we had the most pleasant experience for my son's prom. I definitely got my money's worth!!!!! Unlike other companies, the photos you see are definitely what they have in their showroom. The vehicles were clean, and polished. The customer service from the office to the driver was exceptional. The driver arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous, and patient. At no time did I ever have a concern while my son traveled to his prom in one of Magic Limos vehicles. I am definitely looking for the next event to reserve a Magic limo and will not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends!!!! To any person who claims to have had a negative/poor experience with Magic Limos must have had a bad day. Hats off to the folks in dispatch as well :-) Look forward to using you in the near future!!!!!!!!

I used Magic Limos for a night out with my friends at Amway Center for an NBA game. I must say i had an amazing time, my driver was the best. He was kind and very helpful and only cared about us having a good time. My limo was clean and just what i was promised. Ive had many problems with other companies in the past and i am so happy i have found this company now. I would recommend it to everyone. If you want to have a good time go with Magic Limos.

We had an amazing experience on our Anniversary evening out in Orlando. The dispatcher was extremely welcoming and definitely went the extra mile to make sure we had a great night. Our chauffeur was on time, looked great in his black formal attire, made sure we were comfortable, and even took pictures for us. Being from the old school I was worried things might not work out once they got here, but everything went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Magic Limos to my friends and hope to use this limo service again in the future.

I have nothing but tremendous things to say about the Magic Limos staff and company service. Everyone was very courteous and prompt and I have kept their contact info to use them again and again when I come to Central Florida. Right away, after my email inquiry, I received a courteous call from Bill who was very well spoken and friendly as he quickly provided me with all sorts of information that I needed. Additionally, our chauffeur was impressive and helpful as he made our ride most enjoyable and gave us all kinds of complimentary gifts to enjoy during our ride. I have used many limo services in the past but nothing compared to the quality of Magic Limos!
