My experience in work with Ross Sealy who has worked alongside Ross Sealy for many years has been a pleasure. I can ask her anything and I will get a detailed answer in return. Its also nice to have that stability and relationship when you do call in to the office. She always knows who I am and makes everything so easy.

First learned about Nationwide Insurance - Barfield Insurance thru an article by Suze Orman online. Since I respect her opinion, I started this process requesting a series of quotes. The whole process has been easy, the agent was very easy to talk to and did not rush me or try to oversell the product. Good customer service. After being fed up with the poor customer service from our previous insurer, we were looking for a company that would provide good service with a personal touch. We found that and more with Nationwide Insurance - Barfield Insurance. The staff met with us on multiple occasions, took the time to discuss our needs, and educated us on our options. We appreciate that whenever we call we get to speak with a person who is knowledgeable and friendly. Good customer service is hard to find, but we are extremely happy with the service we have received from Nationwide Insurance - Barfield Insurance.

They made it easy. When I was handed the task of finding group insurance for my company, I was completely overwhelmed and had no idea where to start. Great service and knowledge. It was a pleasure to have your great service and knowledge in helping us change our insurance. The savings are amazing! And your expertise made the transition incredibly smooth. These kinds of things often take up so much precious "free time" but you made it happen fast and you were so genuinely pleasant without being too distracting from the task at hand.
