AWESOME! I was looking for a condo in the downtown Orlando area and I was recommended to Urbanista by a friend. My agent Paul Jimenez was professional, honest, patient and courteous. Paul Jimenez is the best realtor for the downtown Orlando market. My job transferred me here and I had no idea where to begin my search. I found Paul online and told him where I wanted to live downtown, preferences and my price range. Paul was quick to return my phone calls and view properties. I found what I was looking for the first day. I will for sure work with him after my lease is up to purchase my first home. He lives downtown so he knows the ins and outs. 5 star all the way for Urbanista Brokers and Paul!!!

Jennifer Rose was helpful in finding us a unit at the VUE. She kept watching out for something until it became available. They had a great rental list.

Hahahah, this place is a joke. They sent me a bill for $5K after I moved out and spent lots of money having it professionally cleaned to "avoid any deposit problems" that I was warned about by the rep up front (seems like he's seen this happen more than a few times). Good thing I kept that move in sheet with all the problems already listed that were there when I moved in. I honestly left it nicer than it was when I got there. These people have some nerve, seriously. I even found my new place on my own and then gave them credit for it anyways because I was trying to lookout. Then I get slapped with a $5K bill in return. Thanks alot Urbanista. Won't be recommending you anytime soon.

Very Bad Experience. If I could give them no stars I would. My roommate and I tried working with an agent. We were very motivated to find a place and finish paperwork. Our agent sent us 6 great properties!

After I did my own research on them I realized two of them were not even going to be available when we needed them.

Either way- we made an appointment to see the final 4 that would work for us. She completely blew us off for our appointment- the only way I found out she was not going to show us the apartments was by calling her and asking her were we should meet.

She told us she would show all of them to us the next evening and we set a time. I emailed her after scheduling the appointment to confirm--never heard back. I emailed her the next day to make sure we were still on and again to see were we could meet- no response. Called twice and left a voicemail. Still have not heard from this girl.

It is wildly unprofessional and she has definitely lost our business.

Informative And Resourceful About Downtown Orlando Rentals. I moved from DC and they were very helpful in my relocation with job transfer. They were able to gain access to the buildings I was interested. Spent several hours with us touring all options and explained all the details. The inventory on their website was great.

TERRIBLE realtor, they serve themselves, not you. this is a great realtor to visit if you want to find a rental where the landlord is not paying the mortgage, where the realtor looks out for themselves first, often to the point of lying, and of course, where they treat you like a child

we've done 2 deals with them.. in one, we got kicked out by the bank because they put is in a situation where the landlord was a deadbeat, but hey, who cares? they got paid right!

in the second deal, they've tried to butt their way in as much as they can so that they can get paid again..

awful.. just awful..
