Best Massage I have ever had!. The staff was amazing, the spa was clean and had an amazing atmosphere. The massage was by far the best I have had in all of my life. I am sure to be a returning client to Abba Health Spa.

This doesn't even deserve one star.
I bought a groupon before the deadline and happened to be the last one that was able to buy the groupon. The delay was caused because you had to make an appointment prior to going and it was a NOW Deal, so it had to be used today. I wasn't able to buy two and by the time my boyfriend was able to find it the deal was done for the day. I called Abba and asked if they could still honor it and Shannon the receptionist told me that Abba doesn't control the promotion as it was set by groupon. I called groupon, who stated that the merchant should be able to honor the Groupon price, so I asked if the rep could stay on the line while a do a three way call. I spoke to Shannon again and let her know that a Groupon representative was on the line and that they could honor the code. She responded that she spoke with her manager and she said no, but would give me $10 off, which was $40 more than I would pay with the groupon. I then said I wanted to cancel both of my appointments because they wouldn't honor it and she said fine. That is not cool, why couldnt you honor one more groupon and considering that I made the appointment for both of us it was really dissapointing. Hope you get treated better of you are reading this but I wouldn't count on it.
Horrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money. I was turned off by the rude staff when I called to make an appointment with a groupon I purchased for a facial and a massage. I asked the unprofessional receptionist if I could make an appointment for a time next week around 6:30pm and then she tells me there is not massage therapist there after 5:00pm. I said well that wouldn't work for me because I have to work and I wouldn't be able to go. I then told her that it would be for both my husband and I I would get the facial and he the massage. She then says oh no it's for one person and you cannot split it in that way. I told her well I'm newly pregnant and the doctor told me this early on it could cause the uterus to contract and he doesn't think massages is a good idea. She was very rude and under her breath says even though she does prenatal massages....I was didn't feel like wasting any more time trying to speak with someone who sounded like they could careless about helping me. So I asked to speak with the manager. I spoke with another woman who seemed even less interested in my dilemma and all she had to say was you have to contact groupon for a refund. She didn't care that I would or could have been a potential long time customer they were very rude and made me feel really bad at a time when I should be keeping my stress level down. I would not recommend this place. Imagine if the initial phone call was so bad how would the level of service been when I got there. Probably just as bad.
