don't fall for the energy evaluation... they usually aim for the water heaters and try and get you with the energy guide label on the water heater. They have a botched formula in determining how much money you spend per year on water. Totally not accurate! Guys, buy a water heater timer instead!! Really cheap on amazon! Don't take my word for it, look it up!

My bills dropped. I have to say, I'm very happy with my solar hot water system. I was recommended this system from my best friend who signed up for one a few months back. Thank you IQ Power!

misleading came to my house sounded good they took my info to run my credit report to see if i would be able to get the system financed. the next day i decide not to get the system . a week later i get a credit card with a 12,000 limit that they opened in my name for me. i was not told that they would do this i only approved for then to check my credit.

Don't get fogged in. Well we were smoothed over by Bob (the CEO as we were informed). And while my system works fine the path to this point in time was paved with dirt, falling doors, incorrect equipment, and lies so thick that it took a few weeks for us to see clearly thru the fog. Just as we were embracing the reduced electric bill I was brought to reality that the county inspector had to come to my home. So angry we refused the inspection required by the county if IQ power was to be there. I told IQ power to make arrangements for the inspection on a certain day and don't send anyone from IQ power. Once again we were misled, I got a call from home stating "there is someone here from IQ power" The words uttered during that call would consider this post inappropriate, the inspector did come an pass the install and the IQ power rep left the property when we asked.

In closing, We are normal people, working 40 hours plus to make a living. We are so angry this is our first post concerning any business,,EVER!, I would highly recommend you get everything in writing. This includes the type of equipment, when they will be there, inspect the equipment BEFORE the install, outline in the contract who will pay for broken items in the home,and be there every step of the way. Slynch. This person was NOT and NEVER has been a customer of IQ POWER. They wanted IQ Power to warranty a product that SOLAR FIRST sold them years before. Solar First went out of business. IQ Power actually agreed to go out and do a service call for him since the company he bought his solar system from no longer in business and DID NOT charge him for this service. The standard minimum is a $95 Trip Charge to evaluate the system, but this wasn't even charged to him. There are always two sides, and while I can sympathize with him for buying a system from a company that went out of business, I cannot sympathize with him for attacking our company for trying to help him out.

IQ Power Rip Off Broken Promises. I am so unhappy I let these guys in my house. I received a call that I could save $ on my energy bill and I agreed to see them... Mistake

They promised huge savings on my electric bill because of Hot water. In 4 months I am saving $20 per month and spending over $100 on their over priced system.

Last week my brother in law had a system pu in for 1/2 the price I paid. This was with an experienced company not ripoff artists.

I screwed up dont do the same - Run don't walk when IQ power comes a callin...

IQ Power - great service and great products. IQ power just installed a solar hot water system in my house. The salesman was friendly professional and I felt gave me the right information to make an informed decision. The installers arrived on-time and my system works amazing.

My neighbor was the one who referred me to IQ power. She has had her system for almost a year - no complaints, everything works perfectly.

Dishonest...STAY AWAY from IQ Power. In my 23 years of living in Central Fla, I have never run across a more dishonest and unethical business. I called 2 times to confirm they would warranty a product and they said yes both times. The tech gets there and tells me they don't warranty the product and I owe him $95 for 5 minutes of work. I called and they said it was their rate for a trip charge...which they said there was none on the phone.

These people need ethics and honesty training. Stay away unless you don't mind giving crooks money!
