Beware of hidden charges and loud music!. Cleopatra Hookah Lounge is an awful place. I was truly amazed by the number of people that were inside the lounge when I went on Friday. I really was.

To begin with, hookah is supposed to be a social experience. The entire focus is to relax with friends and be social with each other. The music being played was far too loud - the friends I were with were unable to hear me even if I yelled at the top of my lungs. Loud, noisy techno with very foul language was pumped through the lounge for all two hours I was there. In addition, the lights were off and a laser light show was playing for the entire night - we literally couldn't see anything, we had to use our cell phones to even see the menu!

The atmosphere was also poor. There were only two couches in the entire lounge, both of which were reserved for friends (I assume they were friends, as everyone at these couches were hugging the waiters) and not available for use. Instead, they have restaurant style chairs and tables, which were uncomfortable after smoking for two hours.

The worst part, however, are the shady business practices. Bowls of shisha are advertised as $15.95. That's a little on the expensive side, but it isn't absurd. However, NOT listed on the menu is an additional charge of $4 for a "hookah rental," bumping the price per smoke up to $20, far into ridiculous range. If that isn't bad enough, the lounge also has a forced $3.60 tip on top of tax. All together, two hours smoking a single hookah ended up costing $24.89! That is an INSANELY high price for something that was on the menu as $15.95!

If you like loud techno music while you are trying to talk with friends and paying incredibly high prices for shisha, this is the place for you. Otherwise, avoid!

i LOVE it!. I love Cleopatra! Its a real laid back place to hang out with friends and family. The nights at Cleo's are always fun and time just passes by. Friday nights personally are my favorite with their live acoustic entertainment. And that's just the environment. The hookah is amazing! They have so many flavors that many wouldn't even think about existing. Their mixes of hookah flavors are so creative and tasteful. In addition, their appetizers are very delicious. I love the spinach artichoke dip! :) They have the greatest drinks like redbull, starbucks frappucinos and more. They recently got a new drink thats really exotic. Their prices are very reasonable as well! Everything about Cleopatra's is great and entertaining. The service is always quick, and they have not yet failed with an order. Not to mention its family oriented and for that reason my family and I are there about six days a week! I love Cleo's! TWO THUMBS UP!

sensational hoohak lounge!!!. i was so impressed with the quality of service i received at cleopatra's. the staff treated me as if i was the only costumer there. i cant say enough about the atmosphere,,, if you want to enjoy a relaxing evening this is the place to be!!!! i have been to most of the hookah spots and this hookah by far is the best. i am know a loyal costumer and if you go there you will be too....
