Route 46... YIKES...Don't hand them your Credit card.. I ate Christmas Dinner at Route 46 on Sunday. I was very disappointed. First the ad said we would be in a dinning room with table cloths and Christmas Music. I was sat in the bar in a booth. The SO-CALLED waiter who was actually the Bartender came to the table and took a drink order. I saw him once after that, to ask if everything was...OK! I got up twice and went to the kitchen to get refills on drinks. When the waiter/Bartender brought the check he brought 2 checks and my son paid the bill with a credit card. My son asked about the tip, I noticed that a 20% gratuity had already been placed on the bill. You advertisement did not have any 20% charge on it...anywhere. Had we gotten any kind of service, I would not be addressing this right now. Moving on...the waiter/bartender had charged me the tables next to me bill (this table had already departed). He had no reason to even have the bill for that table still open? He then took our credit card a second time and charged it for the real total which was $128.27. This is where the owner and I had a conversation about this and he assured me on Monday it would be all taken care of. Thursday, YESTERDAY the first charge of $168.27 was finally removed the second charge has now mysteriously been changed to $138.27. So again I waste more time calling your operations office,to find out that...MARY finally admitted that their was a mistake made. Mary explained that they had never had a problem with FRANK the WAITER/BARTENDER/CREDITCARDPROCESSER! WOW! Moving on... so she sent me the bill where my son had zeroed out the Tip and totaled it which was $128.27...NOT $138.27. Mary who was nice said well I guess that takes care of the mystery and hung up. COME ON MAN! I have owned 5 Restaurants 3 pizza Restaurants, 1 Fine Dining French Restaurant , and a TOP 20 Seafood Restaurant, I have been there! I know how it all works! This is how you FIX things. I am No longer in THE Restaurant Business. I am though, quite tech Savvy and will share my experience with the rest of the Internet. Good Day!

Worst Place in Central Florida. This could be a top ten pick for worst restaurant. Simple menu, be careful of what you actually eat and the staff is so bad you might think you are on some kind of reality comedy show because no one can really be that stupid. A simple warning.
