The service was excellent. I came figuring I would not walk out with a new car and was pleasantly surprised when I left with one. Car payment hadn't really changed, which was a must.

We were in today to view and test drive
a cx-5. Joe greeted us personally, was friendly, and did not pressure us at all. He also took the time learn about us and our family's needs. He made the car buying experience enjoyable.
While happy with the price and terms, we were about to leave based on the original trade offer, but were able to work with the manager to come to an acceptable trade agreement.
A+ on both counts.
