Wont be returning.. I have a massage membership that I signed up for at the Winter Park location. I moved and going to WP was inconvenient so after 5 credits for massages, I decided to try the Altamonte Springs Massage Envy location. Ill just stick with Winter Park.

The room was FREEZING. The walls were thin so you can hear the chatter and goings ons taking place outside of the massage room and muttled conversation from other rooms. My particular therapist barely spoke to me during the 2 hour massage. Didnt even ask if her pressure was ok ... not even once.

The front desk receptionist that "helped" me was very indifferent.

Ill make the drive to Winter Park. Disappointed I wasted 2 of my sessions.

Pay more and get a real professional!. If you have ever paid for a real massage session, This is a joke!!!!! Ghetto Massage.

Pay an extra $15.00 and get a real professional. The therapists are just out of school, and the front staff is just off the streets. -stop chewing gum girls. * Stop speaking spanish in front of guests on your personal phone calls, IT"S RUDE!

I suggest winter park massage studio, *****.

An AWESOME massage where you feel like family!. I have been a member of Massage Envy in Altamonte Springs for over two years, and it has been one of the best investments in myself I have made. The clinic is always clean and beautiful, and the staff there remembers who I am when I come in. They really go out of their way to take care of me. From my therapists to the front desk staff, everyone there really seems to care. Whoever runs the Altamonte Springs store has done some serious customer service training. When I think of the ridiculous prices I used to pay at some of the spas in Altamonte and Winter Park, I just have to smile. And quite frankly, the therapists I had at the spas weren’t nearly as talented or experienced as the ones I’ve had at Massage Envy. Of course, I can’t speak for all of the ME therapists, just the 4 or 5 I’ve tried, but my girlfriends (who also go to the Altamonte Springs location) have tried different ones and feel the same way. Massage Envy is seriously the best deal going!!!

The BEST massage place, and a GREAT price!!. When I first moved to Orlando I tried some fancy expensive places that were so average. I then got a gift certificate to Massage Envy in Altamonte Springs and LOVED it. I am a total massage and spa snob and had been to one of these in Atlanta - but it was NOT like this one. It is so clean, and the therapist are amazing. I just got back from seeing this girl Katie and was like I have to write something. I will NEVER ever pay for a fancy massage place again. I even heard some of them work at those hotel/spas as well! I literally have not had one bad massage. I love Courtney, Kenny, Katie!! Try it you will love it!!
