Avoid if you value your life.. Incompetent personnel in the pharmacy; and then the employee lied to cover up her inability or apathy, whichever one it was. I wouldn't trust this pharmacy with meds for my dog, let alone for me or my wife or my kids. They're cheaper, but I'll pay a little more to be safe. Please think twice before going here. Oh, on a separate note, my wife and I walked around to figure out if a membership would be worthwhile; you literally could not walk without stepping into somebody's way. Very poorly laid out, and no signs saying what's down the aisle, which to me made everybody in the store frustrated and impatient. A feeling of tension throughout the time we were walking around.

Needs improvements. I have been going to Costco for many years and I love their products...but buy them quick! There have been numerous items that I love and buy until one day they disappear! They carry items for a short time and then get rid of them. Now, on to the customer service...well I have been working in retail for 8 years now and I would never treat customers the way the Costco staff does. They are rude, selfish, always in a hurry to get your money and just send you on your way without a hello, thank you or goodbye. I have gone to purchase things from the meat department and have needed help and no one to be found. I have purchased milk and it went bad within 2 days, because their refrigeration unit doesn't work! I guess they give the HD (Citysearch won't let me say it...LOL ridiculous) lots of samples while visiting. The parking lot is full of shopping carts, because Costco employees are too good to actually do manual labor. And I can't tell you how unprofessional it is to allow your staff to dress as if they walked off the street. I completely agree with letting your staff be comfortable in their own clothes and not in a uniform, but at least have some type of clothing code like we had in high school...no tank tops, shorts, flip flops...and please some people shouldn't wear tight clothes...I don't want to see your stomach hanging out whether you're skinny or fat. Overall, they just need to train their staff better and to have good customer service. Lately, I find things to be cheaper if I search the ads and some things are at places like Publix and Wallmart, but until someone makes a good decision and puts a BJ's or Sam's Club in the Altamonte/Longwood area, Costco will continue to be busy despite all of the flaws they have.
