TERRIBLE SERIVCE. NEVER PAY FOR VIP!!!. TERRIBLE SERVICE! NEVER PAY FOR VIP!!!!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE STAFF! Never pay for VIP! I spent $600 for my 21st birthday and the night was a disaster. The whole operation was unorganized. My name was on a list with all the details included and staff members didn't have a clue. I showed the doorman my ID, and he kept looking back and forth at me and the ID. He asked me my information. I advised him of my first, last name, date of birth, address. He sent me to the cashier Patricia, who was totally unprofessional and rude. She said, "$7 dollars!" I advised her too that I paid $600 for VIP. In a very RUDE, let me emphasize on the "RUDE", tone she told me, "You're not 21, you did not pay for VIP $7" I am BEYOND polite at all times, so at this point I was about to cry because I was IMMEDIATELY being treated like dirt. Then she asked me my name, looked on the list and saw it documented. She then proceeded to tell me that I "NEED" to stand over here and tell her everyone that is in my party. I was ... Then she asked me my name, looked on the list and saw it documented. She then proceeded to tell me that I "NEED" to stand over here and tell her everyone that is in my party. I was trying to get everything organized and everyone in and in the mean-time, two males in my party tried to get in and were unaware that they had to pay the cover to get in. I got one of the staff that was handling my VIP, he came down immediately and the men outside started claiming that the males couldn't enter because of their "dress code". They would not let them in. I was supposed to get a bottle of champagne or wine, that was never done. They kicked out two of my best friends because they were sitting with drinks in front of them at a party of 20+ people! I was literally crying. It was a disaster. I am DISGUSTED with their business. I recommend that no one pays to be a "very important person" to be treated like nothing! I could've entered for free, but instead I'm paying $600 for four 750ml bottles of Ciroc in a smoky and foggy top section, in a crowded environment. The security guards are hovering over you, but random people are still coming up there. We took it upon ourselves to let the strangers know of the reservations. People are getting kicked out, people didn't even make it in. Patricia, the CASHIER is totally unprofessional. The manager came to us, and couldn't do anything to change anything. He couldn't go over 'anyone's head'. I am so disappointed, I wasted my money. I am a full time student and employee and I work hard for my money. Terrible birthday. :(
Want to miss a band you paid to see?.
I bought two tickets to see Active Child and M83 (the headliner) on November 2, 2011. The tickets I purchased have 9:00 printed on them. I arrived at 10:00 (after driving from Tampa) to see M83 play their last song and walk off the stage. Apparently, the opening band started at 8 and M83 at 9:30. I was not the only one who missed the entire show (thanks to the 9:00 time printed on the tickets). The talk in the back of the venue, in the ladies' room, going out the doors and on the sidewalk, was about how everyone felt "jipped" because the first band (and subsequently) M83 started an hour before the time printed on our tickets, which ended up with most people missing the show.
Additionally, we had to contend with the staff dragging trash cans through the crowd to get ready for the club goers outside (who apparently bring in more money).
With any luck future artists/managers will see this review and think twice about booking in this venue.
Great times at The Beacham. The Beacham is the best place to go see a show in Orlando.Their club nights are awesome too. They really know how to throw a party.
The Beacham. The Beacham suprised me when they came out with a wide variety of different artists. I liked the club already and thought the new sound system was awesome. Since I like a wide variety of music, I was really excited to hear some of the artists that were coming. All the shows I've been to so far were really good, from G.love and Special Sauce, to House of Payne, to Rusko Doorly I had a great time. I can't wait for Mac Miller and Children of Bodem coming soon, and to see what other great artists will be performing there. Last Saturday DJ Khaled was there for Swirl ( a club night) and next Saturday, DJ Nasty will be there, so I'm really excited. Plus, the bartenders are great and so are there drinks
The next great mid sized venue. Recenly I've gone to two concerts at the beacham (rusko, plain white tee's). At each show i had an excelent time. The atmoshpere was great the staff was nice and fit the secene and sound and lights were some of the best i have ever seen. I know this use to be tabu but the beacham has changed a lot.
new and improved the beacham. This is the place to be!!! I love coming out here every friday and saturday.I get in free, its awsome theres no other night club like it that ive been to>i have so much fun every time i come here. I definitely recomend this the place to be!!!
Making great changes. Great area for a night club. Fun to see shows and then be able to hang out in the venue afterwards for club nights. Drinks are strong and affordable. They always allow you to cross over into the social through the tunnel. its a cool vibe.
Remodel a success. This place was unbelievable, Ive gone to a couple shows since they put the new stage and system in and its crazy. The bass hits so hard but everything sounds soooo clear still. Ghostland Observatory had the sickest light show ever on top of it. Needless to say I dont see anything but a good time coming from the beacham its a blast all around.
Rusko!!!. Just went to the rusko concert last week and it was awesome. First time i have been there since they remodeled and it has changed alot. they have new lights and a huge stage now. cant wait to go to other shows there.
So Glad. Im so glad I found this place. Live music! I just moved to Orlando and went to House of pain concert. Sound was great and lighting was awesome. I only wish the rest of Orlando was this real. It's a shame most of the places downtown are filled with fake people. I FOR SURE WILL BE GOING BACK.
