just plane nasty. If you want a roach infested, smelly, police filled , drug dealing place to stay for a little bit this is the place to be the rates that are on the sign are all wrong. Apt side is $234 not counting the $50 deposit. The hotel part of the place is $187 not counting the $50 deposit. Not worth it. If you want to spend that much please be advised stay some where else.

This is the WORST place ever!. Everything about this place was dirty and disgusting!

I can't believe I stayed here. :(

The first day the toilet didn't flush and overflowed onto the floor. I scrubbed and scrubbed the floor and still the bottom of my feet were black. I was uncomfortable the whole time and was scared to touch anything. Infestation. The worst part, my baby and I got attacked by bed mites and I didn't even know it until it was too late. We had bites everywhere!

DON'T STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!. CARS ARE CONSTANTLY STOLEN FROM THIS PLACE, PEOPLE ARE ROBBED ON A DAILY BASIS, BED CREATURES, LEAD PAINT IN THE BATHROOMS, PEDOPHILES, BLACK MOLD IN THE SWIMMING POOL, DEALERS, ,VANDALISM. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!! I HAD MY CAR STOLEN RIGHT FROM THE PARKING LOT, SMALL CRITTERS( NOT PALMETTO'S EITHER!) BY THE TON'S IN THE KITCHEN, MY KIDS GOT SICK FROM SWIMMING IN THE POOL AND MANY PEOPLE GOT SICK FROM N AMMONIA FROM THE BLACK MOLD GROWING INSIDE THE POOL. NOT A SAFE PLACE FOR ANY CHILD OR PARENT WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CHILD'S SAFETY OR BEST CONCERN!!!!!!!!
