Good service. They sent me someone minutes after I called when I got locked out of my place. The person they sent was nice and he did not try to overcharge me despite how late it was. He got me in fast and even gave me a discount.

Fast emergency service. I must have only waited 20 minutes for someone to open my car on a hot 95 degree day. They were very nice and assured me that they would not damage my bmw. The locksmith just took great care in opening the door. I was very impressed and they even take credit cards. Great service, honest company, great locksmith.

Fair, On-time and professional. i used them to make a new transponder key for my car after I lost it at the lake. I called the dealer and they wanted me to have the car towed in and they wanted 300+ for a new key. This locksmith came out to my vehicle within the hour and made me a key right on the spot for half of what the dealer wanted to charge. I think this is a great company.!!

Terrible Customer Service. I just tried to contact customer service to tell them about my terrible experience where I was priced gouged at midnight after waiting almost 2 hours for Expert Locksmith Inc. to arrive. (They said they would be there in 30 minutes.) The customer service rep cut me off and asked me to hold. I was on hold approximately 3 minutes before I was forwarded to a mailbox that said "No one is available to take your call." At that time, I was disconnected. When I called back the rep (who never told me his name) asked for my phone number and said someone would call me back. I asked why didn't he let me know that in the first place and he said because he was on the other line in an insincere tone. Honestly, that response doesn't make much sense to me...I will fill out another review to let Citysearch know if they actually call me back today.

One of the best. The customer service is great and they are a local honest locksmith. I used them to open my house after I got locked out while getting the morning paper. Trust me when they tell you 30 minutes and your outside in your bathrobe every second counts. The guy was here in 25 minutes and was very thoughtful in getting me into the house. The price was just what I was explained on the phone. Thanks for the good service....

Can't complain. I can't complain. They did a good job putting in window locks for me and they did it for a good price. I am lucky i came across this company and will use their services again in the future.

Fantastic Service!!!. very honest and reliable locksmith company.. They provide high quality locks and services that are unbeatable.. I have used them a few times to re-key rental properties that I own when a tennant moves out. They have the best prices and the job always goes smoothly.

Cheapest of all I called. Of all the locksmiths I called they were the cheapest. They gave ma low quote to make me new car keys. They did a perfect job and they did it fast. I am pleased.

Really good. I had a wonderful experience with them. They were super nice and the guy they sent has obviously been doing this for a while. He opened my car door after I locked my keys in my car and he did amazingly fast.

Very helpful!!. I have never locked myself out of the house and this was the first time so I didn't know what to expect. It was the best service according to my friend so I called this company. For a great price they opened my door without damaging it or charging me a fortune.
