Big Time Auto Thief.
I went to this shop because I am new to the area and saw a good review here. This guy must write his own reviews! I got quoted $2,000 to fix my transmission (wouldn't shift right) but told them I
would have to wait to save up and then they charged me $400 for the 'free estimate' and if I didn't pay, they wouldn't give back my car. Then I took my car to the New Car Dealer for a second opinion and they showed me a disconnected wire under the car. the Dealer hooked the wire up and then said I just need the computer 'flashed' which ended up costing about $100, but the car is perfect now. I went back to Dealer Direct to complain about the $400 'estimate' and the short guy with beady eyes that said he was the owner, told me to 'f**k off". I called the BBB and found out these guys are 'F' rated, and keep changing their name when they get too many complaints. While I was waiting to speak to the owner the girl (cashier?) who works there told me I got off lucky, a lot of people get liens put on their car titles there.

THIEVES! BAIT AND SWITCH! BEWARE!!!. If you don't believe me, see for yourself with this Action 9 news report. Go to wftv and search "repair shop horror story." The best shop ever!. I have had my car at three different shops within the last two months for the same problem. I ran across this shop online and thought i would give them a try because they do not charge to check out the problem . They actually checked my car for free! After checking my car Carla called to tell me that all i needed was this little thirty dollar part . I said fix it. Not believing thais would actually fix the problem i decided to risk the thirty dollars. And you know what? three weeks have gone by and my check engine light has not come back on. who knew a thirty dollar plastic tube would fix the problem? I am estatic and reccomend this shop to everyone.…
excellent customer service. After breaking down in Orlando on my way back to Atlanta . I needed to find a shop that i could trust. I contacted Dealer Direct on East Colonial and they sent a tow truck to get me off the side of the road. What i thought was going to be a major repair ended up being a solenoid problem . This shop could have sold me anything as i was at their mercy. But they were honest and got me back on the road within three hours.…
