Discriminating Diners: Avoid This Overpriced Mediocrity. It took 25 minutes to get our first sushi roll, and almost 45 minutes to get the next four rolls. Avoid this overrated restaurant at all costs. Mediocre sushi (not even worth the half-price cost at happy hour), extremely slow service, plus the sushi chefs screaming over our heads to kitchen staff, and to top it all off two managers arguing with one another right in front of the bar. This was certainly not our idea of an upscale restaurant... We got better service at Liam Fitzpatrick's Pub, for goodness sake! Pretty sad commentary on a restaurant like Fishbones with such inflated prices. We were very, very disappointed. :(

Great Dining Experience. Such a wonderful place to dine. Great service, very friendly, manager visit to the table an extra. Very pleasant hostess and the person sitting us (Kari) and I server Karen was very knowledgeable of the different wines and the entrees.

We had a wonderful time and we will return. The menu had a lot of variety - something for everyone. Great value for the money!

Great food; rude hostesses; wait to long. Previously dined at Fish Bones, we knew the food was fantastic and there was a little wait. So we called ahead for a reservation only to be denied one because the wait was only 20/30 min. 7 minutes later we enter the restaurant only to be told there was a 60 minute wait (standing room only due to incliment weather) because Fish Bones booked 2 huge parties and made reservations they could not seat on-time leaving the "walk ins" to wait more than an hour. Upon arrival, the hostess made us feel like we were inconveniencing them b/c we did not have a reservation that they refused to set. Once seated, the food and wait staff were EXCELLENT. I feel the first impression would have made me leave b/4 even getting the chance to try it and if it weren't pooring out (and being on a motorcycle from out of town), we would have left.

BEST Prime Rib & Raw Oysters!!. My family and I dine out at FishBones in Lake Mary/Heathrow. We love the food and the atmosphere there.

FishBones is one of the best places to go for Prime Rib and a variety of Raw Oysters.

It's one of our favorite restaurants to dine at whenever we have a craving for Prime Rib and/or oysters or just for special occasions.

We have always had such wonderful waiters and waitresses serve us.

However, the last time we were there, we had one of the worst waitresses ever, Barbie.

Barbie was not only rude, but she was also disrespectful and unattentive.

This is the 1st time that we have ever had a waitress/water this BAD!!!

Hopefully, next time Barbie will learn how to treat her customers if she wants a "good" tip!!

Besides that, all of the other waiters and waitresses have been very respectful, friendly, kind, attentive, and helpful.

And the food is superb!!

Great food. Highly recommended. Food was great. Bar was as well. Staff friendly. What more could you ask for.
