Citysearch Editorial Review. Surf and turf delicacies paired with wine entice football fans’ and trend-setter palates at Don Shula’s sports-themed steakhouse in the Westin Hotel in Lake Mary. The restaurant is named after the former Miami Dolphins and Hall of Fame coach’s 347 career victories and serves gourmet salads, seafood, premium Angus Beef burgers and thick and juicy Shula Cut steaks and desserts. The dimly lit casual-dining atmosphere features framed black-and-white celebrity and sports figure photos, including pictures of Shula striking a pose with other famous folks. The ambiance also includes dark wooden booths and tables in the dining area along with multiple flat-screen TVs. Save room for dessert after dining and watching the game--the cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake are out of this world.
