ONLY 1 MORE TO GO!!!. Run dont walk , Chris Shuler and Hellen Lawson (not married but together) have a business. Hellen (the owner) Chris (thinks he is the owner). Well lets get to it, Chris Shuler ran from (got kicked out of) Texas to Florida about 3-4 years ago. He came here and decided to do what he does best and rip off everybody that gets within 3 feet of him. He has got to have to most spineless , unthoughtfull,worst, ethics I have ever seen in my entire life. Everything from ripping off customers,pulling check engine lights (cant fix car) to clearing out catalytic convertors, pulling out transmissions & painting them to put back and selling the customer a 2500.00 transmission rebuild,painting alternators,starters, NEED I GO ON???? I have never in my life met a man so bad. RUN DONT WALK , HE IS NOW DOWN TO 1 SHOP FROM 3 SO HOPEFULLY EVEN THAT ON WILL GO AWAY SOON, HE WILL PROBABLY END UP IN PRISON ANYWAYS.(if they catch him before he leaves the country) England is only a plane ride away.

I hope everyone the best and hope that you never have to meet up with this man. I also feel bad for the employees that work for him and have to wait on their paychecks to clear 3-5 days after payday EVERY week.

i agree. it's about time the truth be told about this crooked businessman giving the rest of the auto industry a bad name. i hope the state catches up with him. good job channel 9.

.... The people at Dealer Direct were very courteous and were also willing to work with me so that I could get it in operational. Everyone I met there was very professional and gave me different options to work with. I appreciate their upfront manner but when I attempted to contact them the next day to let them know that my issue was not fixed there was no response. I am at a loss whether to bring the car back in to have them try to repair it or to throw in the towel and try another place. Over all they have great customer service but the product left me wanting.

best customer service policy in town. quite simple. if you ever have any type of concerns at one of my shops i will either make sure you are satisfied or i will refund your money and pay another shop to fix it! i have offered this on this review site before and havnt heard from ANY unhappy customers

what is this guy talking about?. i had a great experience at dealer direct. you sir are a liar , they never worked on your truck as a matter of fact we know who you are. and you are no customer

i think its funny you are spending so much time trying to bash dealer direct. we all know you are a competitor. is your shop that slow? jealous of dealer direct ? get a life dude , do you really think this is affecting there business? its not . there shops are packed full of cars and trucks, and when i was there this morning they atleast ten customers waiting for service and they all seemed happy.

earl jenkins. mr jenkins has written three reviews for all three of dealer direct locations and all the reviews are different?

could this be a competitor or could it be someone they had to fire because of there irrational behavior and not doing a good job? i wonder? If you have a legtiment complaint contact chris shuler 321-662-0117 he will make sure your happy . i know this first hand

i am sure he is flattered that you have taken so much tome to try to slander him. jealous maybe?

if you want the best repairs at a fair price and a great warranty give dealer direct a call

great place to have your car repair. i have been around cars all my life and am pretty handy at repairing my cars myself. i just cant do it anymore because of my back surgery. i know when a mechanic is telling me the truth. i know when hes not and i have had several that have and many more that havnt. i called mike at dealer direct and right away he put me at ease. he was honest , upfront and reasonably priced. he did everything he said he would do plus some. there where no suprises and the repair was done perfectly. thank you mike and dealer direct. i will tell all my assosiates to come see you .

Fantastic Service. My wife and I were in town for conference for my company and had transmission issues on our way to Orlando. We asked the hotel desk clerck and he reffered us to Dealer Direct and made a phone call for us. Apperently the clerck had his car serviced there before. Mike was pleasant on the phone and stated it was a free diagnostic. We arrived later that morning and Mike had a mechinac jump right on the car before we could even give our personal information. Within minutes we had an estimate and was assured our car would be done that day. At 5:15 Mike called and even stayed 1 1/2 hours late so we could pick it up. THANKS for the GREAT SERVICE, quick estimate and staying late for us.

job done right. i would like to thank mike and his crew for a job well done. i was broke down in downtown in rush hour. he picked me and my truck up , and had me up and running quickly. he did exactly what he said without a hitch. didnt exect such good service. if you have a problem with you car you should take it to dealer direct
