Smelly Rooms - Budget Price. If your expectations are calibrated for a discount $40 per night hotel you might be satisfied. If your standards lean more toward 3-4 star hotels (ie average to above average) spend an extra $20-$40 per night and stay somewhere nicer.

On the plus side, the staff was friendly, there is an indoor and outdoor pool, and they have a free shuttle to Disney that has a morning departure and three evening return times. The bathroom was acceptable too. Beds and towels were OK for a budget hotel - I certainly have seen better in nice hotels, but I have seen far worse beds at this price point. They have coffee, irons, and free wi-fi in every room.

On the downside, the room had a terrible smell, like smoke but worse, almost into the urine category. It was most noticeable every time we entered the room, but you got used to it....They may have attempted to clean the room before we got there because our whole carpet was damp...just inside our room, not in the hallways. The TV remote has batteries that worked but it did not change the channels on the TV.

I would not stay here again unless my most important priority was saving money on hotel costs.

PS - It is about $70 cab ride from MCO airport to this hotel.

Clean, Lots of Options. slightly run down. The hotel was easy to find and the pools were well maintained and there were restaurants with various options in the hotel. The lobby was clean and spacious and the check in staff was very friendly.

The rooms were easy to find and spacious with a large bathroom and good views. Overall the room was clean and had a lot of information for guest to look through for eating and entertainment options. There was some dirt on the floor when we walked in but overall it was clean. There were a lot of pillows to choose from which was great for people who sleep in different positions.

My biggest complaint was with the bathroom. The towels were clean and fluffy, overall it was clean and it was quite large. However, there was a hole in the door, the picture that was in the bathroom was over the light switch and too big for space it was in. The toilet ran and ran and only stopped when you jiggled the handle or removed the lid and fixed it. The light was inadequate and it was quite dark over the tub. The shower was different and difficult to manage. You had to turn on the shower, then push a black button to turn the warm water on for the shower. It took me two or three times before I figured it out.

I would stay there again but do hope they do some repairs and updating to the rooms.
