Great experience, rented Bike Week. Erik and the rest of the staff was very helpful. I found the Ad online ( i thought it was too good to be true). The Ad was for Rent , for a Bike week in FL for a very good price. I called them and customer support walked me through each step of the process. I rented a 2 bedroom timeshare for a very good price. Great service. It was my first time using them , but I will definitely use them again.

Morris W. Ad #4464388. It was the firs time we used Premier Market Solutions. They succeeded in meeting our expectations even though the process was a little bit too long than we expected. The bottom line is that our timeshare was sold. I would point this out you any friends /family seeking to sell. Jackie and Maria were courteous and attentive throughout the whole process.

Premier Market Solutions. Since Premier Market Solutions is an advertising agency, I do not see how it could be their fault that someone goes to their web site, clicks on the part of a property profile that says "make an offer" and proceeds to then click on submit.

Premier Market Solutions is an advertising agency, like your local paper with far more reach than your paper. That is why it is affective. Premier is no more prohibited from charging a fee for advertising than your local newspaper classified ad or your local tv chanel.

The point is that Premier cannot control the undecisiveness of potential buyers. Just like you the seller you have changed your mind and no longer want the timeshare. At some point that potential buyer changed their mind as well. If you got an offer chances are that Premier is doing a good job of advertising your property. It only takes one person to buy this from you.

How many (attempted) offers have you received from any of the countless number of scam companies that are out there. Premier is one of the good guys.

Scam company. Buyers feel that people are interested in their properites after contacting buyers, the buyers claim they never had an interest in the property. You cannot get a refund. As per attorney general office comapnies should not charge up front fees. Be aware of this company.
