Worst Nail Place to go!!!. Drove by to do my nails, they helped me right away. Right before they painted my nails they asked me to pay. To my surprise it was $18 wow, to expensive for the service I received. So I give them my Bank Card they ran it about 6 times & they said that my card was bad & they asked for a 2nd card. I give them my Visa it goes through with no problem. I check my on-line statement the next day & surely enough they charged my Bank Card 2 times in addition the credit card that went through a total of $54 for a mani. I go back to Royal Nails & Spa show them the statement & they called me a liar in front of all the customers & refused to refund my Bank Card. I had to wait until Monday to go to my Bank so I can dispute the charges to my Bank Card. Once my bank got involved they had no problem refunding my Bank Card back. My advised to anyone who goes to this facility pay with CASH or with a Credit Card DO NOT USE your Bank Card!!! I will NEVER go back to Royal Nail & Spa & wouldNOT recommend this place to anyone
