I've been going to this location for years, and I've never seen any roaches. I've been to multiple locations in the Orlando area, and this place is always looking well taken care of and clean. Can't go wrong with ColdStone, their ice cream is the best!

ROACHES!!!!!!. I went with my boyfriend and just before we ordered the ice cream we both saw two ROACHES crawling across the candy jars. When the manager working there moved the jars to kill the roaches there were three under the candy jars along with little black bugs. It looked like they have never cleaned underneath those jars!! So when you order ice cream at this location there is one add in you get no matter what, roaches any one?
