NOT FOR HANDICAPPED OR ELDERLY.
On the opening day of AVATAR there was only ONE person at the ticket window, making all of us late. If you are handicapped or elderly this is NOT the theatre for you. It requires taking an elevator and having a code to get into the theatre and the IMAX. The bathrooms aren't located in the handicap floor of the IMAX so if you have to go, you must wait for that elevator, finding the code again, to the second floor (thereby missing at least 10 minutes of the movie). This time, due to not getting the correct elevator code we missed all the decent handicap IMAX seats. We couldn't find one manager to help us with the correct code. When we were so late we decided to get our money back, it took 15 minutes waiting in a customer service line. We went to the Pleasure Island theatre, instead, and saw Avatar with no problem an hour later (but not in Imax). We also walked into some of the other theatres in the Regal Pointe and all had their handicap section WAY TOO CLOSE to the screen.
