UNETHICAL AND WASTE OF TIME.
The worst experience in something that should be actually be a pleasant one. Bill uses misleading business practices to get you signed up by not explaining the contract clearly? And then you can never get out of this contract ? not even after it?s finished. Very unpleasant person? To freeze membership is a HUGE deal. He will make you come in and sign the papers ? while other salons take a scanned copy sent via email or fax copy. Then he?ll be wasting your time asking why do you need to freeze it and will try to not let you freeze it for the hole month, but rather for a couple of weeks ? complete BS!!!!!!!!!! He lies and blames everything on the ?CORPORATE? even though each salon is privately owned and owners can make their own decisions.
DO NOT GET A CONTRACT THERE!!!!!
If the location is convenient ? just sign up in another saloon and use this location. Most of places won?t waste your time bugging you with why you need to freeze and will actually let you to cancel if needed.
