Orlando,s Best Italian Food. This is the best pizza in Orlando. I've eaten pizza in the biggest cities in America, and I've never had pizza this good. You can taste the fresh sauce. The thick delicious cheese and the toppings are huge and cut fresh. The staff is great, and they know they are the best in the city. It's just amazing. Honestly, the best pizza I've ever had. You will NOT be disappointed.

Bella Italia Pizza Hands Down FAVORITE Best Pizzeria around. Bella Italia has been feeding me for over two years now. I can say, without hesitation, that I have had a wonderful experience every single time I have ordered from them. I've probably tasted everything they offer, salads, soup, wings, subs, pasta, pizza. If it's on the menu, I've tried it and I have loved every single dish. There's not a lot of restaurants you can say this about. On top of the food being delicious, they are always super friendly and helpful and the kitchen is shiny Clean every time. A true mom and pops place. You MUST try it. You will be impressed!

POOR customer experience. I have ordered many pizzas with little issues from Bella Italia and used delivery service as well. The pizza takes awhile but is usually tasty and loaded with toppings including mushrooms. I ordered the same pizza as normal. I was promised 35 mins, which took a little over 1 hour. The pizza did not include much toppings and NO mushrooms so I called back and said I was not happy. The person who was answering calls said they were busy and only one driver. She also told me the pizza I ordered did not have any mushrooms on it. They would however, give me a five dollar credit on my next pizza. I called back again (mind you my mate was ready to pounce with hunger now). I now get the Manager (Dimitri) and he says sorry and what do I want to make up for it? He offers a whole bunch of mushrooms? I say I want the pizza replaced made correctly. I also told him the 90 minute wait time quoted earlier was not acceptable and I wanted him to work faster since it was their screwup. He said "No problem". 2 hours laters, a driver comes to the door and hands off a small container of cold mushrooms. Now I am pretty well miffed and I call back again. I am told the Manager will return in one hour and left my number and message. No callback, I called again and magically he won't return until closing! In other words, he charges me full price, delivers crap and doesn't stand behind his service.
