We purchased our 2013 Honda fit from Troy Sterchele on Thursday Feb.21 2013. We were so pleasantly surprised that unlike most dealers who attack you as you get out of your car none of that occurred at Holler Honda. We found Troy to be so helpful and made the buying process so easy and pleasant. Not once did we feel any pressure at all. Richard was also very nice and helpful as he checked out our trade. We purchased a used mini-van from Holler Honda. Our salesman was Mohammed Ghaffar. He was very professional throughout the experience, and we appreciated his help. The overall process was a little long, especially going through the loan, but Mohammed kept us informed and made sure we had plenty of snacks. He even impressed my 5-year old, and she is a smart judge of character. After a week with the van we found a few minor problems, but we went back and Mohammed made sure everything was taken care of. Not your typical dealer, and I'm very happy I drove an hour and half to see these guys. Roman Savostin and Ray were accommodating from the moment I walked in and it was a very efficient process to get me into a more fuel efficient car. Polite staff, fair pricing, and quick processing were my expectations, and they exceeded each one.

Just got a nice new 2012 Civic from these guys, and things couldn't have been better. Roman was my guy, and he took very good care of the process, even though there was some long waiting from the higher ups and finance guys - but he tided me over well. This guy really goes above and beyond to help his customers. He drove 6 hours each way to get a signature to complete my deal, he's that dedicated to his work! Fantastic guy. Hopefully will get to work with him again in the future. Talk to him if you go in for a car, he is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to treat a guest!

I recently bought a Honda Civic and the sales person Christian Gallardo was really helpful. I knew what I wanted and he took me straight to it, without showing me other cars I wasn't interested in. He was very knowledgeable and that was helpful in making my decision. The customer service at Holler Honda is excellent. If feels like family!

My wife and I recently bought a new 2012 Honda Civic from Troy Sterchele at Holler Honda. Troy was very professional and great to work with. He didn't pressure us at all and helped us the through the process in a very easy going manner. I shopped around with a couple other dealers and Holler Honda offered us the best price right off the bat. Other Honda dealers in the area said they could beat the price, but kept adding in extra fees. With Holler it was the best price on the car including the dealer fee, tag/title, and taxes from the get go. I would definitely recommend Troy and Holler Honda is you are in the market for a Honda or a similar type vehicle.

I recently purchased a dodge charger from here a little over 3 months ago. The staff was helpful then. Few days ago while driving the passenger side mirror just randomly fell off hanging from the wires. After looking, the piece was broke off in the inside and someone has glued it on. Called the dealership, transferred a million times before they would let me speak with a manager. spoke with the manager to be told they could not fix it for free, that I would receive a discount for $120 to fix it. Never imagine that a dealership this big & popular would sell a car like that, with the outside mirror glued on. I will not be purchasing my next car from here especially since they glue stuff instead of fixing it!

Loved buying a car from Holler!. I just bought a Honda Fit from Holler, and I had a very pleasant experience. "Mo" is an awesome salesperson, as he didn't pressure me into a purchase on the spot. I told him I was just looking and wanted to do some test drives. He was very knowledgeable about the Fit's features and differences in the models, years, etc.

He followed up with me after hours, and when he wasn't available, he asked another associate to help out in the process. I also had a great experience with the GM, John Sekula. He was very fair with my trade-in vehicle, and just an all around great guy to work with.

They have the no-haggle/best pricing at Holler, so you don't have to worry about their cars being overpriced and getting that sick feeling in your stomach because you think you're getting taken to the cleaners.

I highly recommend this dealership for new and used car purchases!
