Excellent service provided and price quoted is what was actually charged. The technician was a pleasure to deal with, he's very professional and easy going. I'm very pleased with the services provided today, and my home is now more secured. I am also very impressed with their TORRSEC product that protects your door, although I didn't purchase it -let say "the bug is in my ear now". Great job for the excellent service!

I needed a new lock installed on my front door as my current one was starting to have problems. City Locksmith did the job correctly and supplied me with a good quality lock that wasn't too expensive. I was very satisfied with their service. Thank you guys.

City Locksmith sent someone on a Saturday morning. He looked over what I had, and made recommendations based both on his experience and my concerns. The work was quick, clean, and professionally finished, and he was done before I was even back with the money. What he asked in return for his time and the locks was fair, and maybe even a little generous. On top of that, he was a fascinating guy and great conversationalist. They were recommended to me by a friend who once lived in the area and I wouldn't hesitate amoment to do the same

These guys are out of this world... They did a great job the 1st time they came around to change the locks on my home; arrived within hours and changed all the locks very fast! But where they went "beyond excellent" for me was when they came back to change the color of the lock on a door because my girlfriend prefers silver (rather than gold.) He only charged us the trip fee and that's it! Where do you find quality and service like this? And all with a smile!

City Locksmith are super friendly on the phone and easy to get a hold of. We made an appointment to put in 3 Primus locks and they called well ahead of time to confirm.

The guy they sent out to me was very professional with the installation and was happy to help us rekey a few of our other locks. When he noticed that one of my doors was not latching properly, he volunteered to adjust it so that it would lock more easily.

The guys at City Locksmith really know how to treat a customer! Not only did they perform a great and professional service, they also gave me extra keys for free! I could not believe how much better these guys were than another company I was forced to use vacationing once. City Locksmith does it again!
