Their tech was great. He recommended a lock for our door that was actually cheaper than the one we requested. He had it installed in less than an hour, very fast and courteous service.

We bought some lock sets from the store, but were unable to install them due to idiosyncrasies of our doors. Having just moved in to the new home and having lots of other things to do, we decided to hire a locksmith to come out and do the installation for us. We called Eastway Locksmith and the owner himself came out almost immediately -- within a couple of hours of our call. He was very personable, accomodating and friendly and did excellent work, happily re-using the hardware we'd purchased so wedidn't have to return it. When all was done, the installations were much better than I could have done myself, even had I had the time to spend on it, and looked and worked great even on the wonky doors. He also did the re-keying for us (to set them all to a common key), made all the duplicate keys we asked for, and gave us some important basics about the lock sets we had bought. In all, it was a fantastic, painless experience.

Was in a jam and needed a broken lock changed yesterday, needed it done the same day. Eastway Locksmith fit me in the afternoon, were polite and very professional. Helped with a sticky door and some other minor things after installing the new lock I needed fixed. Price was more then fair, and the service was outstanding. Will call them for anything and everything going forward.

I have been using Eastway Locksmith for 2 years now. These guys are cheery, on-time, and strategic. They finds ways to save me time and money. They make me look good to the clients to whom I recommend them. Was that grammatically correct? Who cares! What matters is that I wish you the same experiences with your locksmith that I have had from Eastway Locksmith. From small residential jobs to re-keying a building and supplying individually numbered keys to over 100 employees, they have never let me down. I can't say that about too many people, can you?

Very happy with the service provided by Eastway. Within 15 minutes of subnitting online, I had a phone call and service was done later that same day. They are very professional as well as friendly; Their tech clearly explained things as he was doing the work and even went above and beyond for this retired senior citizen. We even shared comments about "olden" days.Renaissance, etc. Thanks again.

Their locksmith came amazingly fast and made it look so easy when he opened my car door for me. He was very kind and respectful and did not try to take advantage of my situation by ripping me off. Trust me when I tell you to use Eastway Locksmith.

This locksmith is AWESOME! I'm so impressed with the customer service and very pleased in total. The price was fair, the technician was honest, and the young lady who answered the phone was soooo sweet! Highly recommend!

Extra Long Break. was on break at work when I had ran to the gas station and while there I had locked my keys in the car. The man at the car station called this locksmith service for me. Thank you guys for only taking 20 minutes, I wasnt to late when I returned to work.
