Michael Scott Rains is a DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH! Truly an artist at cut and color and in a league of his own in Orlando!

I moved to Orlando a year ago and after much searching came across Michael. He had many positive reviews and I decided to take a risk and make an appointment. I am very picky about my hair and am equally picky when it comes to a stylist. I have been to see him four times and have been thrilled every time. Whatever color I ask for he does flawlessly. And if I bring in a picture of a cut and style that I like, he will duplicate effortlessly. As an added bonus he is incredibly charismatic, making for a fun appointment!

It is rare for me to post ratings on websites, but this time was a must! After moving to Florida a year ago and visiting about half a dozen salons, I thought I was stuck with a lifetime of bad haircuts. Anyways long story short-- Derek at Stella Luca is great! Knew right away I found my new hairdresser and I'd highly recommend him. Plan on going back for high-lights.

Had a make over with Michael Scott Rains yesterday, and I look amazing! Michale figures out exactly what I wanted and my color is beautiful and my cut is sporty, sexy, and chic! Highly recommend!!! You won't be dissappointed.

Michael Rains IS AMAZING!!!!!!! I cannot praise him enough. I am new to Orlando and a first time mother. I needed to have some ME time and feel pretty and feminine again. Micheal delivered! I walked out of the salon with a beautiful natural color and highlight as well as a very feminine hair cut and style. My husband did a double take when I walked in. Best of all, I felt pretty again. I love Michael.

Derek saved my hair, He is the best!!. My hair was a mess it is very fine, an as I get older it's getting thinner. I like it blonde (maybe to blonde) I saw someone with really nice hair, and it looked a lot like mine. So I asked her who does it, she said Derek Jones at Stella luca. I called told them that my hair is damaged, but I want highlights. They said they would have him call him call me before they booked it. He called and said "Honey I'm not going to damage your hair, come in and let me see it" I went in and he said he had several clients with my hair type. He did highlight it and did a treatment and trim. I left feeling better about my hair then I have in a long time, I was thrilled! He is a real talent, and very honest.

CJ Burkey. My hair was completely transformed by CJ. I would say I'm a stylist connoisseur and extremely picky to say the least. I came in with hair too embarrassing to describe but, CJ knew exactly what my type of hair needed and it was completely a different texture in one visit!! Coming in is not just "that time to get my hair done", it's a joy to come in because she has such an uplifting personality too! She always listens to my ever changing colors and she has come through every time. I have moved to Texas and refuse to have anyone else touch my hair I still fly here just to have her expertise. If I could personally guarantee your satisfaction I would! What else can I say? This clients for life!

Stella Luca Salon - Magicial Michael Rains. Michael worked "magic" on my hair last week. In addition to color, he wanted to do something a little different, so he did the new technique "ombre"! He also added soft curls to my hair - turned out stunning!!! EVERYONE loved it. Thanks so much Michael for making my hair gorgeous!!!!

April is Awesome!. I've been going to April Orrach at Stell Luca in the Winter Park Village for about 6 years. She's a great colorist (got me from brown to red!) and a great stylist as well. If you're looking to make a change, check out this salon and ask for April! She definitely knows what she's talking about and makes sure she's on top of trends and new techniques.
