Glad i came here!. I am SO GLAD i bought the Groupon that brought me to Changes Med Spa. I bought 2 due to the explanations that only 1 can be used for a service. Very easy to understand.

I am currently in the weight loss program and couldn't be happier. I have lost 8 lbs. in 2 weeks, without exercising (don't tell them...i know i'm supposed to!). The staff is friendly, which when you step on that &*^! scale is important...any questions i have are readily answered.

Another bonus is that it's located next to SO MANY stores in Waterford Lakes center. I can go weigh in and then get errands done in the same morning.

I look forward to my continued weight loss. Go to Changes..you won't regret it.

Wonderful doesnt even BEGIN to describe them!!!. I have only been a client of Changes for about 2 weeks now, but I have to say Im already in love with the place.

The medical weight loss program REALLY WORKS! In my first week, I have already lost a whopping 11 POUNDS, and Im not even a really huge girl! Lol

The waxing service is the nicest Ive encountered thus far; I dont come away from a treatment feeling like a spot might have been missed with embarrassing hair that I need to go and pluck painfully by myself (a definite plus!). This is the most painless waxing you will ever find.

The staff and the doctor are very friendly, and they take the time to ensure that you understand the various procedures they offer as well as answer any questions you might have.

I almost forgot to add this, lol, but they also have very reasonable prices! If you've been searching for the right place to go, I say definitely go to Changes.

Scam MedSpa. I bought a groupon voucher for this place for laser hair removal and wanted to use it on my underarms. The nurse Cliff told me that each underarm counts as a separate area. How could that be. The fine print says underarms--plural. Why would I get one underarm done?? He quickly turned and with a smirk said under his breath I should have read the fine print. What a scam business.

Awesome experience!. On my way home from work I decided to stop by Changes to make an appointment. I had a gift card I wanted to redeem.

I was greeted immediately. Then, offered an appointment that very hour! The office is clean and comfortable. Also quiet and professional.

Dr. Ismael met with me first to go over my medical chart, asking questions and answering mine. He is a nice guy and seems honest and helpful.

After meeting with the doctor, laser hair technician Daniela took me back for my treatment. It was painless and quick. Daniela was very personable and helpful, answering all my questions.

Can't wait for my next treatment!

Great people!. I have been going to Joanna for my facials and waxing for about a year now. When she joined the Changes of Orlando staff I couldn't have been more happy. She introduced me to the their Medical Weight Loss Program and I've been on it for 3 months. It's an amazing system and I must say it really works! Changes of Orlando has been such a help with their caring staff and peaceful setting. They offer so many ways to make you feel good about yourself!

Soothing Facial!. The setting was soft and comfortable. Joanna was very professional and knowledgeable. The facial included hand paraffin, neck and shoulder massage. My face stayed extra moisturized for at least 3 days and remained smooth for almost a month. In this cold weather that says a lot. I look forward to my next treatment!
