All the staff at changes are really nice, always greet me with my name, everyone is so knowledgeable on all products and Dr. Beloso is very personable and attentive. The products and value of products are very affordable. I am so glad Changes is right around the corner of my house and hours are very convenient.

Terrible customer service...I dont recommend anyone go here unless they want to be ripped off and treated poorly. I had such high hopes only to be let down by Cliff, who screwed me out of hundreds of dollars.

I am very happy with my first time experience here with Changes Medical Spa every since I stepped foot in the spa they were friendly and polite. Treated me like a queen!

Great staff, dissatisfied with Dr. Beloso. I signed up and completed the 90 day weight loss program. I enjoyed the program and lost almost all of the weight that I expected to lose. I enjoyed the knowledgable, friendly staff tremendously. They were always very encouraging and there to answer any question that I might have.

I went to Changes as a referral and referred one of my good friends who is still going, and just before my program ended I referred my wife after making a deal with Dr. Beloso. Because that made 3 total referrals (including myself, as they do) and being a pretty good negotiator (along with feeling that I was owed some credit for the referrals) I decided to negotiate with Dr. Beloso on extending my 3 months by another month to continue on the program for just a bit longer as there was still a little weight that I wanted to lose.

We sat for almost an hour in his office (while my referred friend waited in the waiting room) negotiating what I thought was a fair deal for both of us. I agreed to refer my wife and my friend would renew when his deal was up in order to get a fair deal for a 1 month extension. The deal also included reduced prices for both my wife and my friend on his renewal.

All told he basically got 2 deals plus my one month extension and I got a one month extension. Needless to say, I'm writing this in the review because when it came time for my wife to go out and sign up (I wasn't with her) he charged her the FULL amount, not the negotiated price.

For what would have been a fair deal and could have lead to several more referrals (I have other friends/family that want/need to lose weight that would have been interested) led to me leaving, my wife only doing the first month of the three month program and my friend not renewing. He lost current business instead of gaining new business.

To top it all off, the way that I was spoken to when we discussed the "misunderstanding" (his words) was completely uncalled for. Several times I was told how he was a businessman and he was already offering a fair price, etc. etc.

Look around, there's better deals out there, regardless of the great treatment you'll receive from the staff and the relatively good weight loss program. I just don't refer business to someone who has been known to lie and/or deceive. Shame, because it was good right up until then.

Any questions or more elaboration needed, feel free to ask, I'd be more than happy to share my entire experience both good and bad.

Wonderful medical weight loss. I love the medical weight loss program at Changes. Having tried several other programs with moderate success, nothing has been as fast and easy as their program. No extreme diets, no gimmicks - thorough answers to every question, lots of support. I love it there and highly recommend them.

What a amazing place. I'm so glad I finally went to Changes Medical & Wellness Spa what a amazing place. The staff and especially Dr Beloso are extremely friendly and courteous. The services that I am receiving are the laser treatments in several areas. OMG they have the best laser machine in town. I do have to say it has been several weeks since I last shaved. I love it! FYI people don't bother going to other laser centers I shall not mention names but trust me too over priced and the laser machines are not as good. You get bad results and the hair grows back the next day and plus it took almost 2 years for the whole treatment plan. The place to go is "Changes Medical & Wellness Spa" the best place! I am even considering buying more laser treatments in other areas and other services that they offer.

Glad i came here!. I am SO GLAD i bought the Groupon that brought me to Changes Med Spa. I bought 2 due to the explanations that only 1 can be used for a service. Very easy to understand.

I am currently in the weight loss program and couldn't be happier. I have lost 8 lbs. in 2 weeks, without exercising (don't tell them...i know i'm supposed to!). The staff is friendly, which when you step on that &*^! scale is important...any questions i have are readily answered.

Another bonus is that it's located next to SO MANY stores in Waterford Lakes center. I can go weigh in and then get errands done in the same morning.

I look forward to my continued weight loss. Go to Changes..you won't regret it.

Wonderful doesnt even BEGIN to describe them!!!. I have only been a client of Changes for about 2 weeks now, but I have to say Im already in love with the place.

The medical weight loss program REALLY WORKS! In my first week, I have already lost a whopping 11 POUNDS, and Im not even a really huge girl! Lol

The waxing service is the nicest Ive encountered thus far; I dont come away from a treatment feeling like a spot might have been missed with embarrassing hair that I need to go and pluck painfully by myself (a definite plus!). This is the most painless waxing you will ever find.

The staff and the doctor are very friendly, and they take the time to ensure that you understand the various procedures they offer as well as answer any questions you might have.

I almost forgot to add this, lol, but they also have very reasonable prices! If you've been searching for the right place to go, I say definitely go to Changes.
