This Gym is the Future!. This is a very inexpensive gym! Membership is only $23.95 monthly & No joiner fee/No first and last months dues, where you get 'State of the Art Equipment', Cardio equipment having TV's, Smoothie Bar, Tanning, Massage Therapy, Personal Training, Metro Kids Care, UGoFit Nutrition Store, Lockers with Flat Screen TVs, FREE Group Classes: Yoga, Spinning, Zumba, Pilates, Metro Boot Camp, and more! Other gyms don't even have half what we have! We employ more than a hundred plus people and service thousands to help our community! I hope you take the time to surf the internet and visit our sites and to eventually come to one or ALL of our facilities and see why we were voted 'Best Gym' for threes years in a row! ;)

Achieve fitness goals while working out at a gym that's open 24 hours a day. The facility offers strength-training equipment, including Cybex, Life Fitness and Hammer Strength. Burn calories with stair masters, Arc Trainers, elliptical machines and tread mills, which feature flat-screen TVs with DVD/CD players and iPod and USB connections. Spinning classes are taught by certified instructors. The gym also offers personal training and provides its members with a café and a childcare area.
