very good. We had a reservation at the Sonesta Hotel Orlando Downtown for the long weekend, My flight was delayed from DC and I reached Sonesta the next day at 6AM, I they your reservation is cancelled and we can help you, I called the stupid manager at Sonesta when my flight was delayed and told her we will arrive late but she did We had a reservation at the Sonesta Hotel Orlando Downtown for the long weekend, My flight was delayed from DC and I reached Sonesta the next day at 6AM, I they your reservation is cancelled and we can help you, I called the stupid manager at Sonesta when my flight was delayed and told her we will arrive late but she did not take a word what we had to say and told us your reservation is canceled and hotel is booked. This is when Clarion Resort & Waterpark comes into the picture, I called "getaroom" and they guide me to this waterpark around 14miles from Universal. The lady at the front desk was so sweet,she let us check in at 11am, and the rooms had a very good for $45+$10 Waterpark fees. Over all if you plan to drive a little far from Universal , this a very good place for the little amount you spend.

clean room. clean room, nice view of the water park, balcony rooms available, clean towels by park, three water slides, lazy river-floaters included, laudry room on first floor, toddler area w water slides, closet w/ lights, you can use the facilities if you arrive earlier than check in time, which would be a good idea since the park closes at 5:30 so you won't have enough time to use it on the day you check in

very helpful.
i'm a senior citizen and the staff was very helpful. The room was very nice and clean. the location was great.
Room Tip: Use the roomsaver coupon. Tell them your a senior

courteous and helpful. The waterpark and lazy river are wonderful. The children had a great time and the staff was courteous and helpful. Had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone. Definitely will be coming here again.

friendly service and respect.
My girlfriends and I planned a trip to Orlando and stumbled upon this hidden gem of a hotel! The rooms were clean, the staff friendly in a convenient location. My girlfriends and I were treated with friendly service and respect. I noticed they have a great children's area which will be great when I bring the family back to go to Disney World.
I recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget who wants to stay in a clean and friendly facility.

VERY friendly. After staying there a week I have nothing bad to say... the bed was very comfortable, microwave and mini fridge in the room, my family loved the water park and pool "pool 8ft deep" , food at the resturant was good and hotel staff was VERY friendly.. Infact we had rented 3 rooms 1 for me and my family, 1 for my mother and 1 for my wifes mother and no one complained about anything.. About a 1/2 hr away from Disney staight shot down 192..

extremely friendly.
I've done more than my fair share of travel and I have to say-- just about the best sleep ever here at this location. Next to this location for sleeping was the Hilton at the Chicago O' Hare airport so, need I say more on that?!
Our room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. We traveled with an 8 year old and needed extra pillows, towels and blankets for our room and they came right away for us.... even being that it was 11:30 PM when we got in!

amazing. The waterpark is amazing and the staff of the waterpark is very friendly. I would recommend anyone looking to stay here to check in and visit the water park
