The cleaning crew is always attentive and every request that you make is absolutely taken care of in an instant. This place is pretty neat for its price.

Definitely recommend this hotel. I really enjoyed staying at your location in Kissimmee! The rooms were so clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds were so comfortable. I loved the decor of the room, I especially liked the wall locker that had internal lighting and the mirror in the wall locker, very practical for getting dressed daily. I also loved the miniature sink/kitchenette area with a refridgerator and microwave. We stayed at the Double Tree Castle Hotel in Orlando, and regretted not staying at the Clarion Resort because they did not have a microwave and refridgerator in the room. Not to mention, your hotel has a really nice waterpark and the Double tree just had a pool. We are definitely staying at the Clarion Resort for the whole time on our next family trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

The Clarion made my 21st birthday great!!!. My boyfriend tried to surprise me with a trip to Orlando for my 21st birthday, but when we got there the hotel we were booked in (Quality Inn) had cancelled our reservation. As much as we asked for them to help us, they just left us with nothing and we needed a hotel fast as we had other plans for the rest of the night. We then called this hotel and even though it was a little bit pricier than what we wanted, we decided that it will be the best place. Upon arrival we spoke to Aida and told her what had happened to us. We were expecting for her to just shrug it off and continue the check in, but she was very sweet and brought over her supervisor to see what he can do for us. When the supervisor, Rodrigo, came by, he heard our story and saw our frustratration and went ahead and gave us a discounted rate on our stay. Everyone here is super friendly. The room we had was very clean and spacious with a balcony. We truly had a great time. The Clarion made my 21st birthday great!!!!! We will definitely return :)

Great time. Nice installations. Kids had a great time in the water park. Rooms clean and comfy beds. Long driving to Buena Vista area (15-20 minutes)

Service was great and rooms were newly redone. This was a nice little place. My boys had a great time at the water park and we enjoyed the cabanna with fan and tv. The service was great and the rooms were newly redone and very clean. Great place for the money.

l would stay there again. My family and I stayed at the clarion resort waterpark july 2011 service was nice,hotel was very clean,staff was very helpful and nice.l would stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed our stay! We did a kidless weekend and was worried that other kids there would bother us, but it wasnt too bad! Our room was a king jacuzzi suite on the first floor facing the water park. It was not too loud, and were able to relax in room easily. Enjoyed the pool, wish we hit up the lazy river, but guests were treating it like a swimming pool... walking, jumping in and wading in it rather then getting a tube, sitting in it and just being lazy. We are planning another weekend here with our kids!!

Staff was wonderful food was awsome!. My wife and I were just there for a private party. We had a ball. The hotel staff was wonderful,and the food was good. I hope we use this hotel again

Going to come back really soon..awsome!. Fabulous water park and the slide were a screem!!!!! Much funner than they looked a first. Absolutely will be returning again. Staff was extremely kind and devoted their attention to our every need. Went overboard on getting us what we needed when we neede it.
