Every Monday from 7-9 pm, classic margaritas are on the house for all female customers. We usually all order a few appetizers and entrees to share between the four of us so that we can get a taste of everything. The waitstaff does a fantastic job at being available whenever we're ready for another round.
finally good mexican food in orlando. I went here the other night with some friends and had a great experience. the drinks were very good and they had a good number of drink specials on beer, wine, margaritas etc. For my entree, I tried the cornmeal encrusted chile relleno which was fantastic and a truly unique dish (pepper filled with eggplant, shrimp, and cheese). This is defninely a place i will be revisiting with my wife.
Great Margaritas, great food,. I went here the other day with my wife and kids. We all loved it! The food was great, the margaritas even better, and the kids also enjoyed it, which is a rarity. Highly recommended.
Edgewater's best kept secret. I now frequent this place to try out the chef's specials. Their food is superb and not too pricy. I have only tried out a couple of their drinks...but from the looks of the size of their bar they probably can concoct whatever tickles your fancy. Service was friendly and helpful. Decor is a little abstract but they are going for a modern look so I guess it makes sense. I would recommend this place to any mexican food fan.
Fantastic Mexican Cuisine. Paxia's tequila lounge is an excellent environment to come for happy hour. Try one of their Classic Margarita's @ half pice til 7pm. Or grab any well drink 2 for 1. The vibe here is relaxed and fun with a young, vibrant staff.
Great Margaritas, Great Food.
I went to Paxia for a drink and a bite to eat after work last week, and was very impressed. I started off with a couple of excellent margaritas, which on weekdays from 5-7 are 2 for 1.
But the real story about Paxia is the food. Everything my buddies and I had there was phenomenal. From the guacamole, to the nopalitos (this tasty cold salad appetizer) to the shrimp and scallop enchilada.. everything was just really really good.
Paxia's food and friendly, young staff will definitely keep me coming back for more.
rude, rude, rude.
Everything was just okay till the bill came. Seems they were trying to charge us for stuff we didn't order. Maybe if you're in a bigger group they figure they could sneak things onto the bill.
The owner / manager got a major attitude problem. First he said his name was Peter then Estaban and he wouldn't be clear as to if he was the owner or a manager.
All we can say is if you go there ... check your bill carefully! Or better yet save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
Great Atmosphere and Food. I come to this place quite a bit. They have great appetizers and their main dishes are excellent as well. The drinks are incredible. Definitely one of the best margaritas around. They also have a great lounge area where you can snack and have a drink.
