What People Are Saying About Scruffy Murphy's Irish Pub

In Short – Irish eyes are smiling on this well-stocked bar near downtown Orlando. The pub, which once was headquartered in downtown O-town until the landlord transformed the bar's historic buildings into condos, recently re-opened in College Park. Bigger and better than its predecessor, the green tavern features an outdoor patio and a spacious dining area with booths and pool tables. The vibe is casual and the brews are cheap, making it an ideal hangout spot.

Cool looking place with good location if you live on this side of town. If the place isn't empty you could be waiting a long time for service. I also recommend eating before you go. Or stick with the burger. It's ok.
- Pros: Location
- Cons: Bad food, Service can be slow
Worst Place EVER!!!

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I paid my tab by credit card and put a tip on there, but it wasn't the entire tip I was planning to leave. While I was going through my purse to get my cash out that I was planning to add to the credit card tip the waitress came back, gave the tip I put on my card to my boyfriend in cash and said, "This is such a terrible tip that you can have it back." This was unbelievable to me! The most insulted I've ever been in my life! Not only that, but she wasn't exactly the best server either. I asked for water twice that I never got and last week she charged us for 2 drinks that weren't ours. Probably because she was too busy doing shots with the table next to us. I go to this place every single Saturday night and this is how they thank someone for loyal patronage in a bad economy! I suggest you stay away! Far away, unless you enjoy being treated like garbage!
