Citysearch Editorial Review. The after work crowd takes a break in an island-themed ambiance where Disney employees prefer to hang after a day at the mouse house. Formerly the Big Bamboo Lounge, which was destroyed by Hurricane Charley and a fire, has found a new life by past patrons in another venue shared with Kissimmee Country restaurant. The bamboo-covered tight quarters features Disney employee’s memorabilia as the décor. Bottled Budweiser, Miller and Samuel Adams or the bar’s signature concoction are poured into mason jars with toilet paper fresh off the roll as coasters just for an added touch.
