Buyer Beware.
We went to Graze a couple of weeks back and had appetizers and drinks for happy hour. The Happy Hour lasted until 10pm. We went back last night and got the same thing but the bill was almost double. They had charged us full price on everything. After talking with the waiter, he said Happy Hour ended at 7:30 yet on the menu it said 10pm. He proceeds to says that we were given the wrong menus. Instead of righting the situation, he argues with us saying that he can't give us the discount. We finally ask for a manager (who never comes out) to get the issue resolved. After 20 minutes of arguing about a wrong bill, they finally honor the discount we should've been given.
If you want to deal with bad service and a group of liars then Graze is the place for you. If you've gone in the past for their happy hour, don't believe the menu.
Used to be great when they first opened- it's all gone downhill. Graze used to have a great menu, and a great chef. As of late- it is BAD!! My husband, friends and I decided to try it one more time this past Sunday since they now are open for brunch. We sat outside, and it took about 10 minutes for someone to even come greet us. Then we finally got to order our drinks- and they took from the time we sat down to getting our bottle of wine- 45 MINUTES!!!!! The food was not as described, the service was so slow. We had the manager from Fifi's next door get our check and run it for us- we never saw our server again after he dropped down the bill. It was awful. I hope they either get a new chef soon, or close up shop and put something else, or someone else in there that actually cares. I would rather eat 100 times over at Hue or Beacon- get sick of their food, but know it has quality food and service. So much for trying Graze again. At least I know now- not to do it ever AGAIN!
