I took my car for an oil leak.Chris who seemed to be a nice guy when you first take your car over there told me that is was leaking from main seal of tranie.I allowed them to do the work and paid them.Took car home .Next day car was still leaking .I took it back, but one of the mechanics whom I didn t trust wiped the oil clean from the tranie,and told me that the car was not leaking. I took it home and found some oil under the car .Took it back again ,and told the mechanic not to clean it so they can see the leak.I left my car there.Later on I was called to pick it up, and this time it was fixed.Days passed , car was still leaking .I got so furstrated and took the car back.Later that day chris called me to tell me that the car was leaking from somewhere else and that i have to pay another 900.00 to fix it.I told him it s leaking from the same place because i was always getting under the car and checking where the oil was coming from.Chris then just got nasty and hung up on me. I went to the shop but found his assistant who told me the same thing.I refused to do the work there ,and took it somewhere else.It turned out to be just a loose oil pan.Be ware this guy might seem very nice, but he sa SOB and treats his employees like shit.I was there when he was shouting at his assisstants. beware .I too fell for the good reviews. Don t fall for the one year waranty.They just want you to go back so that they can rip you off again.I already told all my friends and all the people I know about them. Read other negative reviews on google page.

GREAT PLACE FOR INDEPENDENT FEMALES

I am a single mother going to school to give my kids a better life. But I don't know a thing about cars. I have one vehicle and I depend on it to get me to school and pick up the kids from daycare with no one elses help. Or so I thought... My Transmission went out on me and I called a bunch of places and finially I called Chris at Dealer Direct. He had my car towed in for free ... Had it checked out and within 2 hours the manager Linwood called me and explained it all to me in a way I could understand . I agreed to let them fix my car and late the next afternoon . I reseived a call and my car was done.. They even came and picked me and my children up. I only spend one day without a vehicle and was back on the road. I would like to thank Linwood with the way he handled everything and didn't try to lose me in automotive talk and mislead me . I feel that I can trust him and his team at Dealer Direct.....Plus it was very clean for a repair shop Thanks again Linwood

I had my car break down on me on the way to cocoa beach. I called and spoke with the owner directly He had my car towed from the b line to the shop on east colonial. I was greated by the manager Lynnwood. He handled everything from beginning to end and even washed my car himself to get me out and back on the road. I made it to the beach but my weekend would have been ruined if it wasn't for dealer direct and the managment crew. The owner was great and the manager Lynnwood new his stuff and took care of me and my kids and got us back on the road. and I still had money to spend on our weekend get a way!!!!! Thanks Lynnwood and crew
