From 200,000 square feet to 1 million square feet, the Prime Outlets are being supersized. The $150 million transformation from scattered shopping centers along I-Drive to one outdoor mega-mall is underway. Prime has already added a massive Neiman Marcus Last Call, the only one of its kind in Central Florida, and is planning a new larger location for its SAKS Off 5th outlet. New to the outlets are HUGO BOSS Factory Store, White House|Black Market, Espirit, Gymboree Outlet and ClarksBostonian. Stay tuned for high-end clearance houses from designers Stuart Weitzman, BCBG Max Azria and Michael Kors. Old favorites, such as the Gap Outlet, DKNY and Calvin Klein, still remain.
