I took the recommendation of several of the people on Citysearch and went to see Jesse at Artizan for highlight and a haircut. My stylist had recently moved away and the salon would not give me my color formula so I decided this was the time to make a change. I was immediately appreciative of the friendly face at the front desk and they offered me beverages while I waited since I was about 15 minutes early. Jesse took me five minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment - even apologizing for making me wait at all! What a difference from my last salon! I felt completely confident in her skills within minutes of sitting down. She was friendly and understanding and we had such a great time. The rest of the salon was extremely busy, but no one looked rushed or in a hurry. The shampoo girls were more of the same. Just as friendly and professional as I have ever experienced. My appointment went quickly and my highlights are perfect. I even got a little excited when we started talking about some of the different things we could do as the year progressed. The haircut was perfect and my husband loves the way I looked. Jesse touched up my makeup before I left and I felt like a movie star by the time I was ready to go home. This salon just seems to know how to rreat eople and it seemed to come so naturally for them Nothing contrived going on here - just a very professional salon that truly appreciates it's clients. I'll be back!

I had not been to a salon since I had my first child 8 months ago and I knew I was way past overdue. My friend Angel had been trying to get me to go see a long time friend of hers for months and I finally broke down and did it. I saw Jesse at Artizan this past Saturday and I can honestly say I have never enjoyed myself more or been anywhere near as happy as I was when I left the salon with a new highlight and an awesome haircut. Jesse was friendly and knowledgeable about what I needed for the lifestyle I lead and gave me far more than what I expected. I loved the shampoo girl for taking extra steps to make me comfortable and I love a salon that offers wine and cheese. Jesse I am sending every friend I have to see you and I won't stop until they are all coming to you! You are the best!
