Never work with this company! I had the guy from 540 North State Rd 434 Altamonte Springs, FL 32714 come and look at my TV. He said it would cost $450 to repair, $350 for the part, $100 for the labor. I gave him a deposit check for $200. After he left I looked up the part online and found that I could get it for $175, half the price he was charging me for the part. So I called him (this is less than an hour after he left) and told him that I could get the part for cheaper and would like him to do the service for me while I buy the part. Suddenly he decided that labor would be $200 instead of the $100 he previously quoted me. Outraged that he upped the labor by a hundred I told him to cancel the job as he informed me he had not already bought the part. But he said he already cashed the check and would only give me $100 of the $200 that I gave him despite the fact that he clearly stated a service call was only $50. He said that the service call only included him coming to my house, and not doing the 'diagnostics' that he did. So basically he decided that he would keep an extra $50 because he could. When I went to pick up my money from him I asked for an explanation as to why he felt he should be able to keep my extra $50 and he proceeded to yell at me at the top of his lungs inches from my face using profanity. He told me that if he wanted to he could keep the whole $200. I decided the best thing to do was leave since his 'shop' where I went to pick up my money is just a storage shed and there wasn't anyone else around. I really felt scared that he may harm me. This is not a business man, he should be avoided at all costs.
Pros: He found out what was wrong with the TV.
Cons: Lies about the service call charge. Will keep your money if he can. Curses at customers.
