What an experience. I stopped in at their new location in Altamonte Springs. I will tell you the selection of furniture is a bit overwhelming at first. But after walking around a bit I really enjoyed looking at everything. The furniture is nice and a lot of eclectic pieces which is what I was looking to buy. The salesperson I talked to was knowledgeable but not pushy. I was able to negotiate a lower price, which was fun and always a good thing. I will go back to Aaron's even if just to look around, it has a comfortable feel about it.

One of the easiest purchases we've ever made!. We live in a small town in the Florida Panhandle where our selection is limited when shopping for furniture. What we can find is not the quality we want or very over priced. I visited the Aaron's Fine Furniture while on a trip to Orlando to check the quality of an entertainment center I'd only been able to see a picture of while shopping near our home. Their price was hundreds of dollars less than ordering from a store near us. Plus, I would have had to wait the 8-12 weeks if I would have ordered it. Aaron personally delivered it to us in under a week! I'll be shopping at Aaron's when I need furniture in the future. They'll be my first stop. Excellant service from the salesman, Michael, to the girls in the office who answered my call, to the owner, Aaron and his delivery assistant. They followed thru with what they told me, from price, to day and time of delivery. One of the easiest purchases we've ever made!

Lack of professionalism, verbally abusive etc.. After being a repeat customer of theirs, I just picked up another piece of furniture that needed repair. I was happy to have a professional repair the damage, but sadly the repairs were not completed. When I informed the owner he became verbally abusive with name calling and even made a physical threat of what he would do to me if I were in his store. I was in shock over the phone after hearing the owner's temper and loose tongue; sadly this was all over a $50 repair bill!
