First, this is for service magic, not college hunks hauling junk. When you call, they have to take all your info (for future spam and marketing purposes) and then they transfer you. Whether transferred or if you call college hunks directly, you get an answering service, and then THEY will have someone call you back. If you just want a quote and some info, be careful, it could come back to haunt you.
- Pros: It sounds like a great service if it was easily accessible
- Cons: Can't get info without giving up your firstborn
