needed and he was very friendly. Great customer service goes a long way especially when you find yourself in a business where the customer is usually not very knowledgable or car savvy.
I am glad I went to Bayline and although I don't want to encounter anymore car problems in the near future, I would definitely go to Bayline again if necessary.
