Outstanding Find...5 stars

Thank you for handling the repairs on my daughters 01 'civic and my sons 03 Lexus RX300 .

The Honda issues included maintenance light/check engine which produced hesitation/high rpm's.

My wife (in Orlando visiting) & daughter took to dealer (Thurs.am) for inspection( 3 1/2 hrs) and concluded possible transmission replacement/02 sensor estimating @ 3-4K in repairs.

I immediately went online(living in Indiana) to seek an A+ independent garage for my children's autos & found Bayline w/ 5 star ratings across the board.

I called, talked w/ Alex and suggested I bring the car over after dealer check. Alex scanned Honda for codes and suggested only the O2 sensor causing the hesitation with 200-300.00 in repairs.

The RX300 had ABS light I(VSC) which Alex found no issues and was able to reset. I did have oil change as well.

Summary: The initial phone call, the immediate assistance, the kindness and knowledge of the situation and the extremely "fair price" on both repairs has given me "peace of mind" 1200 miles away.

This place had a lot of positive online reviews so I figured I'd give them a shot. Awesome service! Had my rotors cut, pads changed, even got an oil change and some new wiper blades. Alex had me in and out of there in no time. Very reasonable pricing and outstanding service. I won't be going anywhere else as long as these guys are in business.

Great Service, Price and Staff. Bill and Alex were great. Would definitely send my friends to this place. Fast and friendly service. These guys are honest and won't try to pull one over on you. Fast, fair and friendly, well worth the short drive to get there!

Awesome Job!!!. I would like to say thank you Bill for the awesome service! I have been to several mechancis and Bayline is by far the best one out there. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are low and Bill will do everything he can to help you get your parts quickly and at the lowest price. This experience was a pleasure and I would reccomend Bayline to anyone. I live in Tampa, FL and would drive to Orlando before going anywhere else. Thanks guys for an incredible job.

Very honest and helpful. As if all the good reviews weren't enough, I'd like to praise Bill once more for being a very honest businessman. He was very helpful in calling around to find the best price for a part that was needed and he was very friendly. Great customer service goes a long way especially when you find yourself in a business where the customer is usually not very knowledgable or car savvy.

I am glad I went to Bayline and although I don't want to encounter anymore car problems in the near future, I would definitely go to Bayline again if necessary. This place was a breath of fresh air and I wish Bill and his staff the best when it comes to notoriety. A place run like this deserves to be recognized by many people and I'll do my best to recommend Bayline to friends, family and coworkers.

Honest And Reliable!. After reading the other reviews, I decided to take my car here. I am very glad that I did. The owner was very nice and honest. It is very rare to find an auto repair shop that does not overcharge the customers!

Very Solid Mechanic Shop. We have a business just up the street and have been taking all of our delivery vehicles as well as personal to Bill for about 5 years now. He does an excellent job of getting our trucks back quickly and working with our budget. Have not had a negative experience to date and would highly recommend him.

Professional Service, Great Attitude, and Great Prices. I looked on the web for a good shop to take my daughters car to on our recent visit to Orlando. We live in Dallas and our daughter is a student in town. We did not have a shop or know who to turn to for a recommendation. I checked the BBB and got really nowhere. I then googled "honest auto repair Orlando"

I won the lottery. Bayline is the best. We needed brake work,4 new tires,oil change and wiper blades. Of course, we needed brake shoes, pads,drum work, 4 tires, balancing,etc,etc. I braced my self and got the news.

All the brake work and 4 new tires, oil change,filter, and

more was under $ 670.

If you need auto service, Bill and Bayline is the best. Bayline is somewhat near Florida Mall but get direction. Well worth the drive,even from Dallas Texas

friendliest and the most honest auto repair. I just moved from CA to FL and was looking for an honest auto repair shop. I read the great reviews on this auto shop and decided to give it a try. The owner Bill was extremely friendly and honest. I'm so glad now I have somebody I can count on when I have car problems. I also like to thank those people who wrote the reviews so that I can find this wonderful shop.
