Best Travel Agent EVER!!!!

All I know is that I searched for cruises on Travelocity but Nikia found me cruises that I never knew existed. She was patient with me and I felt bad because for a while I just could not make up my mind. I could not understand how she can afford to just make commissions especially if she has indecisive customer's like me. Once she told me how great her company's comp plan is, I realized how she can easily handle someone not knowing if or when they will book their vacation. Well Nikia, I booked with you last week. We will always book all of our annual cruises with you. You are a God-send. I feel like not only did I get the best travel agent out of my google search, but I made a new friend. She even sent me a card when I broke my foot. Everyone in at my church, my job, my family member's jobs,and my daughter's college will know who to book their travel with.

• Pros: She is local, now that I am moving here from NY, I know who to call for travel
• Cons: None. Except that she is so sweet, I hope no one tries to take advantage of her

Traverus Travel my favorite travel agency.

Outstanding and courteous service. She found me a room in a hotel that was listed as booked. She also found me a great rate on a rental car, and the service was fast. Traverus Travel will be handling all my travel itineries in the future.

Outstanding customer service and travel rates

I live in Apopka Florida. I had heard about Traverus Travel in my area because of the compensation plan that they have for the agents and representatives and I was at a business meeting last week and one of the speakers had a Traverus t-shirt on. . However, I had never used the service. Since I use city search for almost everything I like to search for, when I found it on the first page for "travel", I figured I would call and seeabout getting a trip booked since I am going to Cancun to celebrate my graduation.

Nikia was very courteous and professional with handling my 50 thousand questions. She has a way to search all of the different travel rates on the web so that I get the lowest going rate for the dates I wanted to go away. She sent my receipt, itinerary and everything the same day. I also got a free trip voucher to use within the next year as a part of her promotion. She answered all of my questions and made me feel like I was every bit as important as her corporate clients. I downloaded her travel tool bar so that I can book my trip for the family reunion in 2008. At least I know I will always pay the absolute lowest going rate for whatever I want to do. I got my rental car for much less than I usually spend for renting a car.

I will always use Traverus. I will be referring all of my friends and family to her.
