Delightful. What a pleasant surprise to find a top-notch seafood house in Pointe Orlando. I just thought I would go to the movies at the new theater there, and stumbled upon the best crab cakes and biggest martinis in town. The calamari was spicy and the gigantic warm brownie had puddles of hot fudge and hot caramel. I wish I had known about the valet parking (free) before I parked in the garage for the movies. Service was good, food was excellent.

Amazing Food and Atmosphere. I heard this place was voted Best Seafood Restaurant in Orlando and I saw it on the morning news, so I decided to try it for a birthday event. Great bar, great appetizers, beautiful decor, the best desserts I have ever had. It was definitely a memorable event. It was too hot to go out on the patio, but we will try that at another time of the year. This place is like no other seafood place in town - very stylish and high quality.

POOR SERVICE, AVERAGE FOOD. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. VERY POOR SERVICE. ALOT OF EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND TALKING. FOOD WAS OK, BUT I HAVE HAD BETTER.

great seafood, not so great managment. My husband and I dined here for our aniversary. When we entered the restaraunt both the manager and host greested us, the manager said that it would be just a moment as he sent the hostess to set us up a booth, which was appreciated since this is what we would prefer. About 5 minutes later we were seated by the hostess at a table, not a booth. The hostess replaced my white linen napkin with a black one, as I was wearing a black skirt, what a nice touch and great way to add that little extra. Our server Alberto promtly greeted us and gave us an overview of the wine list and menu. A lady who was the service assistant quickly brought us water, bread, and a small relish tray. We ordered escargot as an appetizer, it was just okay, a lttle bland. I ordered the Salmon Oscar and my husband ordered the stuffed Louisana Redfish and a side of Asparagus to share. Our entrees were delivered to our table and our first bites were delicious and the asparagus was the biggest we had had ever seen. As we began to eat our entrees my husbands first 5 bites all had scale and bones in it. He would have delt with 1 or 2 but when you pay $30-$40 dollars for a peice of fish you would expect not to find any. So he told Alberto who quickly returned it and spoke with the Manager. The Manager did what I would call a "walk by" table visit and stated that sometimes this happens as the fish really is fresh and then appologized as he walked away. I finished my entree with only 2 bites that also had scales and shared a few bites with my husband. About 15 minutes later my husbands new entree was delivered, this time with no scales or bone. Overall the experience was good, the entress really were delicious and the service from both Alberto and the assistant was impeccable. We were just annoyed with the laziness of the prep work and with us having to eat our dinner seperatley. I thought that at least dessert or a round of cocktails would have been offered by the manager for this inconvenience.

Best Seafood in Orlando. My husband and I eat out often and we are not too impressed with any seafood restaurant in Orlando; however, we walked out of the Oceanaire thinking it was one of the best meals we had ever had. I am a huge clam chowder fan and they had the best I'd ever tasted. The crab cake was almost all crab meat and full of flavor. My husband had the Swordfish served on top of carmalized onions - delicious! I ordered the Mahi Mahi with a Thai sauce served with sticky rice - delicious as well. We ordered two sides - creamed corn and spinach polenta with mushrooms. They were so good we could have had just the sides for our meal and been content! Everything from the decor to the service to the presentation of the food was top quality and worth every penny. I don't say this very often, but I don't have a single complaint about our experience at Oceanaire. The managers were pleasant and the service was spot-on. Orlando finally has a decent seafood restaurant!!

swanky!. I was visiting on business for the Amusement Park convention last week and walked in without a reservation. I was seated within 15 minutes and had a great time! The waiter, Alberto, took great care of us and we will definitely be back!

Crab Cakes are divine!. Best Crab Cakes I have ever had! Great staff and service. Highly recommend it...be careful when big conventions are in town because they will be packed! Reservations are a must.

The first review is a fake and a joke, read on and find out why.. It is a funny thing indeed when the General Manager of what he claims is an excellent restaurant has to stoop to the low level of making a fake name and be the first one to post a bogus and very bias review of his restaurant. Clearly he knows and has no faith that the reviews will be the same unless he embelishes the reviews himself. Im talking about the first review on here for the oceanaire. It was posted by the G.M. to make his restaurant look good, quite pathetic! He even mentions to his employees to go on here and write raving fake reviews to make the restaurant look better, what a shame, it goes to show the lack of confidence and ethics the management staff of the oceanaire has.
