I can't remember the last time I've felt more taken care of on a massage table. I've been teaching and receiving massage therapy for over 20 years in both the U.S., India, and Northern Europe, and must say that my treatment with Jai was the closest thing to my own style I've experienced in a long, long time...a full bag of talents and styles, in addition to an authentic loving energy. Pros: listens to the body, gentle yet firm, his style has amazing flow.
Cons: I wish I'd had more time to spend with him.

If you're looking for an everyday massage, go to the Ritz. If you're looking for an amazing mind/body/spirit experience...visit Ancient Art Massage. It's part of an adorable, cozy, holistic wellness center on an acre in the heart of Winter Park. I received the treats of any major resort/day spa, ie: parafin dip, botanical facial/scrub/wrap, and aromatherapy, however, THE MASSAGE WAS EXTRAORDINARY! Jai (my therapist) was very integrative and intuitive. After a few moments of light touch and energy sweeping on various parts of my body, he went right to the areas that needed the most attention (including spots I didn't know were sore) without me having to say a word. He used hot stones, stretching, amazing face and scalp work, perfect pressure...I could go on and on. I got off of the tabIe feeling brand new and booked 8 more appointments on the spot!
Pros: Cozy, laid-back atmosphere; convenient; great value; cute/strong therapist; AMAZING MASSAGE!!
